I really wish I could rate it no stars but anyways my advice is if you live more then 10 minutes from this location DO NOT i... repeat DO NOT order carry out !!! I placed an order for carry out and when I got there to pick it up NOBODY was in the building!doors unlocked and all !!! I waited 10 minutes inside saying hello is anyone in here and nope nothing not a sound !! So Ifinally gave up and told my child let?s go somewhere else, as I was walking out I noticed the employee was outside in a vehicledoing whatever it is that they do. I?m pretty sure they saw me pull in because the vehicle was there when I got out of mine BUT I thought It was just another customer it wasn?t until I was leaving I noticed he had on a Pizza Hut shirt! Very poor servicethey could?ve at-least spoke to me I still can?t comprehend how an establishment is okay with leaving there doors open andnobody inside. Read more
Call in order for pick up. Waited 45 minutes after arriving. Cashier had caught an error on the order made by kitchen. She had... them redo the order. I get home with the order and it's all messed up exactly the way it was the first time. Grass was knee high.. building looked like it had been closed for years. I will never order from them again. Have ordered twice from this Pizza Hut so far and both pizzas have been fresh and hot. Very delicious!
I used to love Pizza Hut but I will NEVER order from there again. Pizza was cold and didn't have any sauce on it.
Let me start off with..I'm not sure how this place is still operating. My family ordered and chose to dine in. They were polite... and brought us our food. The issue came in after we ate.. the kitchen/food prep area is visible from the dining area. We beganto notice that the man placing the toppings on the pizzas wasn't using gloves even though there was a box right above him. Hetouch everything with his bare hands.. the cheese, the meat, the veggies, the sauce. Even kneaded the dough just the same.In-between topping pizzas, he was also using appliances in the kitchen. He has not washed his hands during any of that. A box ofwings was dropped on the floor (face down) by an employee and the same box was wiped off and still used. Then another male wascoming from the bathroom and in the dining area tucked his shirt deep in his pants.. forearm deep. After all of this it seemedas though a fire had started in the kitchen as smoke started visibly filling the area. The pizza was very good, But when we walked in they were having a managers meeting, They looked at us as if they didn't want to... be bothered, One of the managers spoke out and said is this for here or you getting to go? We said for here the dining area,didn't feel very welcomed it almost felt like she'd rather have us pick up and take it elsewhere but we stayed. They weresweeping near us and there was no other customers but us so it was kind of awkward. The Pizza Hut in Alexander City, AL is the best. Food is always good and piping hot when you pick up the order. Excellent... customer service with a smile, professional, prompt, and courteous.
