Stopped in to have dinner after a long day on the road, looking forward to having a good meal before bed. The restaurant was... pretty much empty at around 9pm on a Friday night, my server took care of me right away and I ordered the Salmon with zucchiniand sweet potato. I got my food which seemed like 10 mins or less and soon realized why that might be, my sweet potato was coldand tasted old like it had been sitting on the counter all day, zucchini was really salty and almost burnt on one side and myfish tasted like it was old or undercooked not really sure it just had a strange taste. I was raised to be thankful and eat allyour food without complaining, so I managed to eat most of it which wasn't a pleasant experience. To sum it up I was just hungryafter a long day of traveling and ended up paying over $20 for food that should be put in the scrap bucket, just figured I'dshare my experience to help the next person. I placed an order through ASAP. I ordered the smokehouse cheese burger and my burger did NOT have the BBQ sauce on it and my... fries were cold and the burger was not medium well like I ordered. There were no napkins, ketchup, or silverware in my bageither. I've tried contacting the restaurant via phone for the past 45 minutes and there's no answer. I placed an order throughASAP because I'm at work. Now I'm stuck with a dry burger and cold fries. Very disappointed!!! Oh and the bacon wasn't fullycooked!!! And it's not like I can just leave work to go to the restaurant to have my order corrected!!!???????????? Read more
If I could go lower than 1 star I would. This place is absolutely atrocious. We tried to start our meal with a salad but the... salad bar was dirty and mostly empty and we were told that they didn't have half of the things for it. My food had extraingredients that were not listed on the menu for the dish I ordered but were for another dish, it was cold and it tasted likethey literally repurposed a dish they had mistakenly made. My husband's salmon was so undercooked that he couldn't eat it. Theserver never refilled our drinks or ask if anything was ok. We left and went to the McDonald's across the street just to be ableto have an edible dinner. I have never been so appalled by a restaurant. 10 out of 10 do not recommend eating here. Read more
Very slow service. Food took forever. Sat here for about 15 mins before the server came to get our drink order. The food wasn?t... bad, wasn?t worth what I paid but I ate it. Overall I won?t be sending anyone to this restaurant Read more
They were short handed, understandable in these times. Our server was nice, she just forgot to take our order.I reminded her... she might want to do that. Nobody working the bar so drink orders took awhile. The food was still really good. Read more
Great food... Horrible service... Our waitress disappeared for a good 10 minutes and then came in from the other side door...... Probably out smoking... Didn't even check on us when she came in after being MIA... Then when she noticed us, I waved for her...Instead of coming over, she totals our bill. O told we wanted the skillet cookie or whatever it is called (see photo below)...She walks away only to return 10 minutes later to tell us the cook said it wouldn't be done for 10 minutes... I don't think sheeven turned the order in... She also didn't bring me my diet coke while my mixed drink was being made and I got strangled on myfood. Had to take a drink of my husband's tea... I have ate here many times and today I take back anything good I said about it. This is also amazingly the first time since the... C word hit that they have had what seems to be a full staff and everything on the menu. We had the salmon and loaded fries andthe garden salad. The fries were full of grease and the cheese sauce was old and stale. The salad bar was horrible. The potatosalad was very obviously old and turning brown. The salmon was undercooked...the store was dirty. It was a very sad visit to aplace I have always liked. Read more
