I want to say Thank you to the lady who took my order and who meet me at the window! It was Monday Nov. 28th. I know you could... have been upset that someone drove up at 9:56pm and ordered 6 cheeseburgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks 4 minutes before you closed,but you were very pleasant and helpful. We had just finished a game in Ragland and had had a bad experience at the OhatcheeJacks! I prayed all the way to Alexandria that you would still be opened and take our order. When I went to Jacks tonight I received absolutely horrible service and my meal was prepared incorrectly. If you?re going to... treat your customers with such disrespect and attitude the least you can do is prepare the meal properly?? I will drive toJacksonville going forward. Read more

Stopped in for a quick bite and it was delicious as always. Could use a little cleaning up but there was a good bit of in and... out traffic and it has a lot for semi truck or trucks and trailers to park. Read more
There was a super rude customer before me, the cashier was more then courteous and polite but the customer then complained about... having cold fries and was his fault in the first place for ordering the wrong thing got to give it props to that cashier. The service and management leave a lot to be desired. Short handed, blah blah blah. There were 2 of us inside in line. We waited... about 5 minutes before being acknowledged, then another 5 to be waited on. The entire time, the manager that was cooking wascomplaining about the orders. NOBODY cares.
