Tried the buffalo chicken sub for the first time. Definitely not my favorite, but it was very tasty.
These folks are really great , I eat there at least 3-4 times per week and there always very friendly !!!
We always order the same. Italian herbs and cheese bread --3 ft long; Cold cut trio with the works always turns out good. ... don't let them make your sandwich .the way that they want to ::you tell them how your sandwich is to be made..they will take thetime to make the best sandwich ,you can get ..always nice, always polite and always fast. So for today I ordered my lunch from them through doordash and Subway making my food left a clear glove under the white piece of... paper when I called them all they wanted to say was bring your food back and we will replace your order unfortunately I'm atwork have another 4 hours till I get off and cannot go up there all I want is a refund the girl I answered the phone was rudeand all she could continue to say is literally I just got here Read more
The service was great. I enjoy being met by smiling faces from the staff when I enter a restaurant and was at this Subway. I got... exactly what I wanted even though I asked for extras of the cheese and vegetables. Once the lady politely explained they're nolonger allowed to give extras and I told her I would pay for them everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this Subway. Read more

We have been going to this store since we moved here 2 years ago, customer service has always been great and was great today.... The only thing that bothered me was when the young man coughed he coughed on my food, yes he had a mask on but that stilldoesn't mean you can cough straight down, you still need to turn your head. And you wear those plastic gloves to keep your handsand germs off the food, he kept touching his sweater and then touching the food. I later saw him sleeping with his head on thatsaid sweater sleeve. I placed an order on line at the Subway in Alexandria AL. When I got home my order was wrong. I called and the employee told me... she apologized and to come back anytime and my order would be replaced. I went back within a few days to get my order replaced.I told the employee (female, shaved head and tattoo's on both arms) what had happened and gave her my receipt. She began to makemy corrected subs but very rude stated that I was suppose to bring the product back! I told her the night I called the employeedid not tell me this. She spoke very hateful and I replied, " It seems you are blaming me when its not my fault. Another femaleemployee with (short dirty hair) very loudly said, "Ma'am shes telling you what the employee should have told you! She was veryloud & unprofessional speaking out when the conversation was with me (the customer) and the female employee (that was remakingmy order.) I was shocked how hateful and very unprofessional both employees reacted to a customer that was there to have an order replaced because of their employee's fault. Read more
