Be ready for long waits and always check your drive through before you leave because they very often get it wrong. They gave me... two cokes, one diet and one regular. When I asked which was which the employee said "I am not sure you will have to taste it"this is just wrong in my opinion. Read more
The bacon is never cooked well, soft, raw sometimes. I don't expect much from fast food service, and normally they are polite... enough. However, I think cooking the food well should be their first priority. Read more
In the 10 plus years that this McDonalds has been in business I have gotten 2 ice cream cones despite asking for one every time... I stop in. This equals one to two times weekly over the period of 10 years, or a low estimate of 541 times. Twice I havereceived an actual ice cream cone. The other 539 times the ice cream machine has been "down". This leads me to believe thatperhaps the staff lies about the machine being broken so that they aren't using it, and thus don't have to clean it. Lazinessamounts to poor customer service and this McDonalds does not lack in either department. Save your money and go across the streetto the root beer stand or wait until you see another McDonalds if you want anything resembling an ice cream cone. If thisMcDonalds does not want to clean an ice cream machine then they need to take the ice cream cone off of the menu. Read more
This location needs to be shutdown and all workers retrained. In all my life I have never seen so many people doing nothing of... value. One employee I watch took over 3 min to put on disposable gloves and they were NOT tight. Then proceded to do basicallynothing. 10+ vehicles in line 8+ people waiting on food. This is definitely the worst McDonald?s to visit. The food is rarely even warm, I can no longer waste my money here. I was... handed root beers that looked like water when I asked what they were she said oh our rootbeer just looks like that.. the onlything worth getting there is ice cream or frappes if the machines are working.. do better! Absolutely the worst, slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I was the only one in line for breakfast, took 3 minutes to ask... for my order, drive up and pay for my food, and they told me they had to change the coke tank. 10 minutes later I'm honking myhorn and tapping on the window, finally someone comes up and said we can't get the coke changed. I told them to give me adifferent drink, 17 minutes later ( from the time I placed my order ) I left. Sorry place of business. Almost everytime I visited they have always messed up our orders. Just recently I ordered hotcakes with two extra hash browns,... steak egg bagel meal, sausage McMuffin with egg meal. And for drinks we ordered a medium ice mocha, large ice coffee frenchvanilla, and a large ice mocha. They rang the ice mocha as a large water and then as we got the meal instead of the steak eggbagel they sausage egg biscuit no hot cakes, a sausage biscuit and shorted me two hash browns. I get that people make mistakesbut this happens here way too often. If it were not for the fact that this is only fast food business in Alexandria I would besurprised if it ever got any business.
