Every time I make an order I never get everything then when I call back they will not answer the phone
I ordered a large thin n crispy pizza with pineapple, onions, sausage and double pepperoni. When ordering over the phone, the... Pizza Hut employee repeated the order but said pepperoni and not double (extra) pepperoni. I said to him it should be doublepepperoni. He said, yes, that what I have. Well, when I got the pizza home, there was very little pepperoni, maybe, and I meanmaybe 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice of pizza. Not to mention the scant amount of sausage, which was worst than the amount ofpepperoni. I get that I used a $10 3 topping large pizza coupon, but come on! It should be the same as if I didn't use a coupon. Read more
Shorted us a pizza and refused to refund our money. Staff were shooting silly string all over the kitchen.
Pizza Hut in Alexandria has excellent pizza with awesome delivery. People who work there are always especially nice. They put... care in their pizzas. Every time I have ordered food from there. Read more
My pizza was made fast and so was delivery. Would have been a great experience if the pizza wasn't burnt!
As far as the food and service, that would be five stars. I'm dropping one star because the web site is awful. So bad we gave... up, drove to the restaurant and talked to extremely nice girl at the counter. Made our order and waited just a few minutes . Idon't know who is responsible for the web site but it need attention badly. Read more
Worst service ever. Use to love pizza hut but hated it the last 20 years! I called the company directory 3 times pizza hut... wouldn't answer. Then I called myself and they picked up and immediately hung up on me!!! So I had to order online. I asked forextra sauce and like always they don't look at the order properly. So I had a dash of sauces against the crust. I orderedbreadsticks which are the best breadsticks even though they been horrible the last 20 years cause they cook them to sort or tolong! They should be just past floppy. This time they were black on bottom. My mother in law order breadsticks for the grandchildren but know u have to even cut the breadsticks and ur pizza their to lazy to cut ur food. The smallest order now isusually no less than $30 now and u still have to do work. What's the point of paying so much if I have to do almost half of thework? When u order online and don't have enough cheese they give u a couple drops instead of telling u they are out and notcharge u but no they give u 2 drops and still charge! When I walked in there was 5 people in back eating pizza and talking whileI stood their for 10 minutes before I was waited on! That's why I go to papa johns and only pizza hut for breadsticks. I understand Friday's crazy ... Driver was great. So one out of 2 pizzas delivered. She goes back they had tossed it out . so... made new one. So some people had to wait while others ate a very dry thin crust than wasn't good. Also called asked for missingdip sauce to come with 2nd delivery. Umm nope didn't get it again. Read more
