New manager was nice and didn't have to wait too long for my food. Hopefully they can keep workers so people will come back.

I highly suggest not ordering Little Caesars online in Alexandria unless you want to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru line... behind other customers who haven't even ordered their food yet, all for a pizza you ordered 50 minutes before hand. This placeneeds to Open up the lobby for pickup orders or just shutdown, period. Honestly don't know how they are even able to operate.Watched 3 people behind me leave because it was taking so long. My husband went up there on a Saturday to get pizza and they weren?t kind and gave us raw pizza. We had to cook it all over... again in order for it to be edible. This is insane. We haven?t ever had a bad experience there before. Little Caesars must begoing down the drain???? Read more
I guess this one was not hot n ready. Outside crust was so thick, it did not completely cook through. Also the outside of the... pizzas must of had cheese or something else on it to cause it to burn. All 3 pizzas were the same as far as the burnt areas. Ihave never really had a bad experience at this location until Saturday. Might have to pay out a little more to get a betterpizza elsewhere. Very very slow and careless. It?s clear when you go in to figure out where your food is, that the work staff has no interest in... being there. If you down want to work then quit. But don?t hand me my good 30 min after I was supposed to pick it up. Neveragain for me Read more
