Someone crapped on the toilet paper in the men's restroom on the floor. The fountain drink area was dirty, staff was nice.

I would give this location 0 stars. Their drive thru service really sucks. We always have to wait on our order or it is... completely wrong. I would guess 20 cars passed us as we waited for our food. Not tough food to make. Things that they shouldhave together cause they are popular items. Read more

My experience.. busy location at prime hours morning afternoon and evening.. but.. my visit was late evening and my perspective... on this mcdees is.. the little manager is 20 but top notch, they were all cleaning together and working teamly .. I was invitedto finish my food as the closed up the lobby.. they still maintain a play place for the kiddos and comfortable seating in therefor parents it looks like.. ending.. the building itself is new and very nice in and out. Really out of any mcdees I've been..its super slick seating viewing playing breathin in and out smoothly taking it in. A very good Mcdonalds.. I recommend comingin?? Read more
My wife went out with her sister and ordered McDs on the way home. They ordered some food and a kids meal for my daughter. As... you can see from the pictures, that is NOT a 4 piece nugget. My 3-year-old has more sense than this. This is completelyunacceptable. Save yourself some time and go to the McDs by NKU. They can at least get your order right. I've been convincingmy wife for years to stop eating the nasty food from Mcdonalds. Thanks for the help. Read more
