The food was okay. Some items were left out of a two of my coworkers bags. Also, the carside app didn't work so I had to go... inside. I stood there for 3 minutes while waitresses walked by and did not acknowledge me. A simple "We'll be right with you"would have been the professional thing to do. To me, it would have been rude to take the food and leave. I didn't want them tothink I was stealing. Finally, a friendly young woman did come and helped. I hate to give a bad review off one experience, but nevertheless.. I have to be honest. Never got her name, but the Manager was... totally Rude. I doordash for extra money and when I go in to grab the food, she assumed for some reason I was a scammer and thenaccused me of having multiple phone numbers and asked me why. I started to leave, and if the Order wouldn't have been 12$ todrive just 2miles, I would have walked out. That lady needs anger management, whomever she is, she doesn't have the right toaccuse people of being shady when she just met me briefly. Read more
Arrived late for a birthday party ???? and put in a drink and food order immediately upon arriving. Everything went smoothly... for me but when it came time to pay out there was some mixed ups on the other guests receipts. The food was good and servicewas average but not outstanding. Read more
Food is great! The service is very friendly and attentive. I think the cooks at lunch time gets mixed up or something cuz we... ordered our kids' first and one got done eating before my other got hers. The food is always great and consistent. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Make sure you tip your waiters well they work... hard! Applebees is my favorite date night restaurant! Get the sirloin and shrimp! Restrooms are clean and the bar makes greatdrinks! Definitely suggest the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp or just a good ole Sirloin. Enjoy! Read more
