This was by far the worst Chili's that I have ever been to. Charged me for a drink and didn't have to go cups, the salsa was... nothing but water and i wouldnt feed the burger to an animal. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Read more
My husband and I ate dinner this past weekend and Monica was our waitress, she was by far the best we have ever had!! She was... busy with numerous tables and it seemed as though she was one of the only waitresses in the entire building. We will be backbecause of the excellent service she gave. Thanks again and if you go there ask for her I promise you won?t bedisappointed!! So just an update we returned to this location and lucky for us Ms. Monica still works there. Okay service, took a long time for late lunch togo. Food was not very good and somewhat cold.

Absolutely the worst service and experience we have ever had at any. Hostess was rude upon arrival and then we waited over an... hour for one kids meal, a pasta meal, and a side salad. When the food finally made it to the table the cheese on the salad wasmelted from sitting under the warmer for so long. The manager and several wait staff were leaning against a wall talking whilemany tables were left dirty and unattended. Stay clear of this place. Read more
Our Server who was on his THIRD DAY did AWESOME but not all of our food selections were what we expected. The pictures and... windows need dusting and cleaning really bad. If it had not been for the SERVER there would be two stars. In other words EAT ATUR OWN RISK. Read more
I really like Chili's Quesadilla Explosion Salad, and they had it perfect Saturday afternoon. Kudos to the manager present when... I visited; he was wiping down tables, helping with orders, greeting and seating folks. (Was he cooking too? :) ) He was polite,businesslike, and the ultimate professional. He effusively apologized for being short-staffed - but this is a Nationwideproblem. Nonetheless, I enjoyed hearing it; too many businesses could care less about customer satisfaction: This manager cared,and I was very impressed. And the salad was perfect! Chilli?s is one of my family go to spots for lunch, birthdays etc. On yesterday we celebrated a birthday. I have to stop... everything to compliment the entire Chili?s staff. Our waitress was a true combination of welcoming and professional all wrappedup in one. The cook had all the food presented fabulously and the taste was just as good.
