Pizza was pretty good, salad bar was sad. Games were blah and the new card system confusing. Just not the Chuck E Cheese I was... used too 5 years or more ago. Staff seemed overwhelmed when ordering. Not worth the $50 for one pizza and 2 salad bars and 3drinks, not to include the game card. Read more
Hosted my daughters 3rd birthday at Alexandria Chuck E. Cheese and just had to brag on our party host/server, Natalie Matthews.... She was super helpful and accommodating the entire time with a happy, positive attitude. She helped make the party go as smoothand easy as possible. We will request her every time from now on. Fun for both the parents and kids a little expensive but an all-around fun experience
They have stepped up their game. Food was actually really good and service was spot on. Plenty of ride and games for children... ages 3 and up. Prices were as you would expect I think 2 large pizza and drinks cost around $45. We had a fun time and so didthe kiddos. Read more
Our expense that we had at Chuck e cheese was very good exciting exuberating and plenty of fun we took our niece there and... Friends of the family and we all went up there and we had a lovely time in Alexandria nice place to visit good clean fun sceneryand all I think you guys need to go and check Chuck e cheese out customer service is very good they answer your questions theyhelp you until food was good and we had a good time so I'm going to post some pictures of the fun that we had at Chuck e cheeseand I hope you enjoy them like busy thank you Chuck e cheese for being Chuck e cheese. ???????????????????????? The kids had a wonderful time. We went on a week day so it was not crowed at all. Chuck E came out and danced with the kids,... which they loved! The unlimited play game card is the way to go. The atmosphere was great gor kids and the place was clean. Read more

The food wad okay, the wings were really good, but it's Chuck. E. Cheese. They took out the big stage with the large animatronic... Chuck. E., so the reserved parry seating area is good. Is still a little pricey, though. Read more
