The staff at this location are kind and provided my refund with sincere apologies for the extended wait but the staff could... really benefit from some food handling training. I am giving this location one star because I stood there for 15 minutes waitingon a pizza I ordered 20 minutes before arriving. This entire time, I didn't see single person wearing gloves. Staff were wipingtheir faces, lifting up their glasses, touching their noses, and taming their hair but no one was washing their hands. Two year update: the service has gotten worse. I don?t know how it?s even possible. I ordered food and the tracker said it was... ready twenty minutes later. Cool. I get to the store and wait in line for ten minutes before being told to pull around. I checkthe app and now they have lied and said the food was already delivered. I sat in line for another thirty minutes before finallyreaching the window, waiting another ten minutes and just asking for a refund and leaving. Completely dishonest about theirtimes, prep, and delivery of food. I hope someone from corporate audits the store and fixes this. The absolute worst. All the commercials etc. SHOWING GOOD PIZZA AND FAST SERVICE. In Alexandria Louisiana they are slow. Ask... for a refund and they tell u they can't give u a receipt but you should get the credit back in 5 days. And the general managerblamed the credit card bank for the length of time for the return. He basically confirmed that all the poor service and lackthere of was the norm. WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN. Read more
November 2021, I had Domino?s at my daughters in Vegas. Hands down, the best vegetarian pizza I?ve ever had?. Thin crust?... amazing? So with that said, a few months ago I wanted that same pizza here at home, along with other items.. the wings were goodso I can?t complain there.. as for the pizza.. horrible..nasty soggy.. never again.. Understaffed? and also thinks calling you on a cell phone and not leaving a voicemail and not returning your call back and not... returning your text counts as ?notifying you? of something. In this case, the ?something? was that my one cheese pizza was goingto take 2 hours. Order somewhere else. Update: my partner officially clocked in for an hour as a bartender, had the kitchenmake a pizza, found someone to cover the bar, and drove to our house to deliver it? and it still arrived WAY before Domino?stold me mine would. I have recently became a loyal dominoes customer and have always received pretty good service until now , today I placed my... regular order online then received a call back they are out of spinach I asked if I could receive a discount are something freefor the inconveniences they said no, so I cancelled my order and attempted to order from Pizza hut who had a outrageous waittime for delivery so I opted back to doninoes so I ordered a pizza and pasta I received a call back no pasta tins are pasta Iwas aggrevated but said okay and changed it to chicken only in disbelief to receive another call back they are out of chickenalso . So why even open today if you have nothing? No one offered a discount are free item even after I asked . This entireexperience today has been horrible!! The only reason I decided to keep my order this time is because it's the only other placethat I can pay cash and that's the only reason . Order pizza tracker said delivered never received it. No call or text stating the driver was confused or lost.
