I don't know if there's management on the night shift but, however we try to call and order someone keep up picking the phone... and hanging up some we continue to call the last time they didn't hang up they pick the phone up and sat it down so we wentthere when we arrived there where no customer waiting only one customer in the drive thru I thought the could have been busyand a man on a bike talking with on of the employees she was putting six boxes of pizza on the back of the bike she quickly wentin as we were entering she said there are no pizza ready it will be 45 minutes but why isn't there any pizza ready at 8 and thestore close at 10 we asked was something wrong with the phone we had been trying to call she said the phone hasn't rung we toldher of course because we are still on hold and it been 22 minutes she walk off there was another employee sitting rolling hereye on the y but customer service but I fought the manager on duty because the employee only going to do what allowed I willalso be calling the store because they need someone who going to work and run the business correctly pizza is always good when Ido get it but the workers and manager need to be trained or working elsewhere. Little Caesars usually is great and I love to go there, however this location is pretty bad. We ordered online before going... there to pick it up and we had to wait over 30 minutes longer than our estimated time. Also the guy there is not very attentive.Would not recommend to go to this place. Read more
The food was good but... We had called ahead but still waited at the Drive-thru for good 10 minutes or more before getting our... pizzas. Two of the employees got into an agreement while we waited! Would not recommend due to service. Read more
I had ordered online and was picking up 2 pizzas and some brownies on the way home. They were ready by the time I got there, but... the brownies weren't with them so the cashier went into the walk-in cooler and walks out with this small package and hands itstraight to me. I wanted to ask if you're supposed to eat them straight out of the fridge or what but she had walked away assoon as she handed them. No directions on the brownies either so the mystery remains unsolved but the brownies did get eaten. Read more
Don't get me wrong, I love Little Caesars but this store is getting ridiculous. I had been calling to place an order for 30... minutes and no answer so I decided to drive up there from a good 200 yards down the street. When I arrived, only one car indrive thru and one in front waiting. So I entered and placed my order. Ok. 25 minute wait. So I decided to call again whilestanding there. No ring, just a blinking phone. Come on. If you don't want to be there, quit. Plane and simple. Something needsto be done. Read more
Pizza was fine, what?d you?d expect at this price range. Issue is customer service. When I arrived at the window for takeout I... asked what pizzas do you have ready. The lady running the window listed them, I asked her to repeat the second thing she said asI didn?t hear it and said I?ll take a pepperoni pizza. She said the total which was a little over $13 and I handed her $15 whilethinking their prices really went up as I haven?t been here in so long. Looked at the menu and it is $5.55 for what I orderedand wondered why she charged me so much. She came back with two pizzas saying I said two, I told her I said one and only wantedone and she got an attitude, sighed and walked away to give me money back for the other pizza.
