I've been eating at McDonald's for a very long time and I must say, these days, it seems like the quality of most items are a... hit or miss. My last visit I ordered a large coffee and a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I usually ask if the coffee is fresh asI drink coffee all during the day and the person said that a fresh pot was brewing. I was even asked to wait in the designatedparking for the coffee to finish. Well when I received my order, the coffee was not fresh, it wasn't even hot and was weak, Ican definitely tell if coffee is fresh or not. I have noticed someone while waiting at the drive through, pouring a cup ofcoffee before the pot finished brewing which causes the remaining coffee to be weak. I like McDonald's coffee and I even buy itat the grocery store, not to mention I'll take it over Starbucks regular coffee! I took one bite of the sandwich and didn't eatany more, it was that bad. This was also my first time trying that sandwich. The bottom bun was burnt and hard as if it had beensetting around a while, no lettuce just some sauce and tomato. Today my order was late and often my order is wrong. BUT their team leads there have always taken care of me no problem today a... lovely woman named Yvonne kept checking on my order and took great care of me. Im always a patient person and I alwaysappreciate kind people. I never want a free meal or extras and I never ask. Yvonne really took care of me. It?s McDonald?s. This one was not clean. Drink cups did not come with our order, neither did ketchup packets we placed in order... at kiosk. I never would have thought that employees and managers could be so unprofessional until I been to this location. They hire... anyone and everyone. The employees and even managers play on their phones in the middle of making orders and completely ignoreall customers. Ordered through the app. Waited 25 min outside. Received a message of "thanks for visiting...". Still hadn't gotten food. ... Went inside. Waited another 10 min for someone to acknowledge me. Told them I had the curbside order. Manager asked, "whatcurbside order?". 50 min after I ordered, I got my food. It was only a double cheeseburger, 6 PC nugget, small fry, and mediumdiet coke. Its the original Alexandria, Mickey D's...I used to work at this one when I was 19 to 21years old. Very clean place when I... worked there. Still clean today as well. People weren't as friendly but i can't judge one employee for that bc the lady may justhave had a bad morning. Others were kind tho and Nice drive thru time as well. We ordered a #1 and #3. Both burgers were just thrown together. Pickles on top of one another, my cheese wasn't even on the... burger. Come on people! For us it's a rare occasion to have the extra 30 bucks so when it comes out like that it's a hit to morethen our piggy bank. Plus I had to go in because my apple pie wasn't put in the bag. No apology at all, actually acted like Iwas lying about not getting it, WOW! The only reason we will return is for our 2 kiddos and their happy meals! Read more
