If they had a battle of locations, Fort Polk would blow these guys out of the water! I was all excited and it quickly vanished... when I opened my plate. They even tried to cover up the lil slice of grilled chicken they gave me with the fried rock hardorange chicken. Next time I?m hungry, I?ll chew on my furniture before I return to this location! The service is usually great, but today I wanted to buy the biggest tray with 3 meats and the lady only fixed me 2 and the bill... was like $12 and some change. I told her I ordered 3 meats of angus and then she added an xtra and wanted to charge me $6 andsome change more. I know prices have went up, but this was a mistake on her part and as she fixed my plate, she ?shook thespoon? and only gave me like a half of scoop when there was plenty of food in the dispenser left! I felt slighted, as I usuallyget great service here I am manager of place of a business here in town and I always treat my customers right and Panda Expressshould try to do the same. When I return, I will speak with the manager as he does business with me and try to resolve this sothat it doesn?t happen to other customers. Read more
The Staff was very friendly and respectful, unfortunately i order the Beijing Beef and the Angus steak. on the Black Pepper... Angus steak they charge 1.50+ for it but i got barley any with my order. But overall best Panda in the Area!! Read more
The food was good even though it was a little dry my first time here. 2nd time visiting I had an issue with the girl taking the... order a d not applying a family deal for the large order that i had placed. Refused to adjust the order then said that couldn'tissue any refunds or get me a manager to speak to. After asking for the district managers number she went and called her managerand finally the manager showed up. Thankfully she was very polite and helpful and fixed everything and completely changed myexperience here. Read more
I found a gluten free option here, it's the Teriyaki Chicken with Mixed Vegetables and NO BASE SAUCE. It can't be guaranteed GF,... but no wheat, barley or rye is in this dish, just cut the sauce. The Chile sauce is hot and would give Tabasco a run for it'smoney so...you've been warned. It's open and new at the time of this review and I experienced no problems on this visit but ifyou do keep in mind they are working the kinks out just like any new restaurant would. Food was delicious that I had, and giventhe limits of what I can eat I can't give a more expanded review of the other menus items. The people were friendly andeverything was clean, including the restrooms. When you come here, turn at the light like you are going to Wal-Mart and headright. I'll feast here anytime I travel to Alexandria and have a need for quick, tasty asian. *no actual Panda is on the menu,fyi. I know we locals like our exotic game meats so... just so ya know.
