I normally love Pizza Hut. Decided to try the Edge. Was disappointed. Not near the toppings advertised & was cold.
I wish I knew the name of the employees that worked last night! They were fantastic in that they seemed happy to be at work. I... really believe they were because it showed through how the pizza was made. It wasn't just thrown together without thought norwas it overcooked or only lukewarm. I wish they could work every night, but they can't. So just clone them. I have been to thislocation many times and, UNFORTUNATELY, there is inconsistentcy. When the pizza is made right and quite presentable, it is RIGHTand PRESENTABLE. But when the pizza is made wrong or just thrown together, it is WRONG and THROWN TOGETHER. Read more

It?s wasn?t good at all the pasta was over cooked, the breadsticks were burnt and the pizzas had to much sauce and the pan pizza... crust wasn?t pan I don?t know what you would call that but it wasn?t pan pizza. Maybe your employees need more cooking lessons.I really don?t like Papa John?s or Dominos Pan Pizza but theirs tasted better than you guys pizza yesterday. Some of your storesneed to do better especially for the amount of money your pizzas cost. JUST DO BETTER. Read more

I used points to get free breadsticks, they were not in my order. So lost points and food. Also we ordered the meat marinara... pasta, and it smelt like the meat was not good, the whole order got trashed. We were not taking the chance of getting sick. Read more
Fast, efficient and professionally courteous service and pizza was just right. Much more than not, this visit was again... indicative of what my expectations have come to be for this PH location. Highly recommended location as far as I am concerned.Thanks for something I can count on. Read more
The online ordering process was very simple. Very little chance of a mistake. I arrived at the requested time. The gentleman... at the drive-up window was very friendly and polite. The pizza was HOT and delicious. What more could you ask for? Read more
I ordered "Detroit Style" pizzas for the first time. The ads that I had seen for it made it look delicious, especially the... edge-to-edge cheese that was supposed to be on the top. NONE of the edges of either pizza we received had cheese. The cheese onboth Detroit Style pizzas was spread like they were regular pizzas. We had plain crust all the way around both pizzas. And therewas A LOT of sauce on each one, although not having had a Detroit Style pizza before, this may have been the correct amount ofsauce, but it was more than I was expecting.
