I ordered 2 footlongs and a salad. The sandwiches were good but the salad looked like it had been put in a blender. It tasted... nasty. I made a complaint and was contacted by the owner who offered me a refund. I thankfully agreed. It was around $8. Neverheard from him again and got no refund. Schloztsky's is better anyway. They were out of SO many things! My wheat bread was so tough it was hard to eat. Staff helpful but not friendly.
Beware, they intentionally overcharged me for a sandwich, $10.79 for a 6 inch Chicken Bacon Ranch. When I expressed concern that... this was not correct, the young man said the prices had changed and the management had not changed the signage. This indicatesto me that he knew he was ripping me off by making up a story about the higher price. HAIR ALERT: If I could give zero stars I would. First, the girls in there all act like they hate each other. The woman who made... my sandwich was catty the whole time making it. Not polite at all. She had dyed red hair. And third, when I got back to myoffice there was HAIR in my sandwich and when I came back up there she gave me a hard time about giving me a refund because Ididn?t have proof it was HER HAIR in my sandwich. Which it is clearly a dyed red hair and she?s the only one in there with dyedred hair. Rude. Dirty. All around a TERRIBLE place to go. I know you can?t REALLY tell in the photo but it is indeed dark hairdyed red. To be fair my total was $9.88 and she gave me $10. Ive been to this Subway 2 times. The first time the employees were very polite and the food was good. The second time the lady... was not so polite. My wife and I order our sandwiches with cheese and requested they be toasted. Both of our sandwiches weresoggy inside and out as if they were not toasted and neither had cheese. My wife threw her sandwich away and I finished minesimply because I hate waste. I have never had a bad Subway Sandwich until today. Both visits were using the Drive-thru. Igive it a big ????. 10-12-18 We decide to give this Subway another shot. This time the food was pretty dang good. The Coke wasgood but the Dr. Pepper was not good at all. 11-1-18 I had the steak and cheese on the sunflower seed crunch bread toasted andit was pretty dang good. The sandwich was fresh and the bread was great. This visit gets ????. 2-23-19 My wife and I took mydaughter for lunch. She loves Subway so we decided to go in instead of using the drive thru.
