This is by far my favorite Alexandria Taco Bell, I'll say that much. Having to stand in the drive thru line this last year due... to too large of a vehicle, I am very happy to see the lobby open again for my to-go orders. I must say although the staff isvery friendly, sometimes late at night there will be some gossiping on the phone or with other staff way too loud about stuffthat starts to take away my Taco Bell appetite. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Got order wrong and they got upset that I was checking it before I left. Then tried to... tell me that a taco was a Supreme taco when it had no tomatoes on it. Did wrap the tacos properly so they were galling out ofthe wrapping and dripping grease all over the bag which caused it to have a big hole in it and then tried to give me another bagso that I could put the torn bag into while in my car in the driver's seat! I gave it back to them and the whole time one of theleads was laughing it up right at the window to the point I had to ask her what did she find so funny, my aggravation!! I visited this Taco Bell at 2am on my way home from work. Luckily they were open. I placed my order and proceeded to the drive... thru. The lady working the window appeared to be upset. She took my card and closed the window. While I was waiting for my cardand food I heard yelling. I looked up and the lady was screaming at whoever she was on the phone with. Not professional but heymaybe it was so serious that she needed to handle that in front of customers, who knows. The food was ok. Taco Bells meat has astrange taste to me as of lately. All of my crunchy taco shells were broken in half when I received them. Over all i guess if Iwas coming home at 2am again I?d stop again only due to a lack of options at that time. Read more
