Been stopping here since it opened. Convenient a little higher on fuel but it is close so no worries everyone was always... friendly. So I didn't mind. But in the last month I have had multiple experiences with absolute poor customer service. Sarcasticanswers to questions,long lines while cashiers spoke to each other instead of checking out customers, or just not checkingcustomers out at all and making them wait. fresh food (fries, tenders, onion rings, boudin, etc.), clean, lots of snack options, and decently clean bathrooms (I'm very... picky). Only problem was that there was only one women's stall functioning. Good enough that I've added it to my list ofpotential stops for the future. Read more
This place has been so clean each time we've stopped. The fountain drinks & food are delicious. Gas prices are usually pretty... decent here, too. There's a place for dine-in, so if you're just passing through & need to stretch, this place is a goodoption. Also, walk around the back. The view is nice! Read more
The coffee tasted great but when i pressed the medium option it only filled i2/3 of the way so i used the small cup instead.... Also the big bad biscuit was fairly good but the ham was cold and the rest of the sandwich wasnt very warm. Love the place, butthere are just a few minor issues. Read more
I'm always a good participant!! Today was an experience I don't want any other to endure!! I have been eating and shopping here... for a very long time .And the experience I had this evening was a disrespect to the business. Waited 45 min. For a meal! Thatwas wrong when I recieved it. And the employee told me. I can make it right. I asked for bacon in my order and recieved burntbacon .Cold grits and the wrong order. For 45min. Wat did I really pay the price for. There were elders who waited longer in aempty place .Poor. Customer serviceservice. Out of line in you windows !! Last several visits were not positive. Took way too long to get food. Order was wrong once and kitchen had an attitude about it.... BLT only had a couple of Strips of bacon. Today sandwich had white bread instead of wheat that was on order. Hope they getbetter. Read more
We have been coming here a long time and as busy as they are with traveling ppl in and out from all over you would think they... would place a BABY CHANGING BED..in the inside the HANDICAP RESTROOM.. everytime we ask when this will happen they say soonwelll soon has been forever it's 2022 and nothing yet. I am very disappointed whenever a mom's with lil babies has to changetheir BABY'S on a counter top where ppl are washing their hands this is not acceptable I know you can do better. My daughter askeverytime we vist and the managers on duty always say they will deliver the messages. This is very important for all mothersmake it happen it's not that hard and it's plenty of room in that handicap restroom on that wall for a baby changing bed.. Read more
