Drive thru service isn't like it used to be now they only handle 1 car at a time no more speedy service on drive thru
Order the BBQ brisked sandwich and it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. Felt like they covered it in hot sauce.
Food is going down hill for being that they are upping prices. It's very dirty there, it was a little crazy in there so I can... see to a point why tables were dirty, but the booth walls were stained, and the condiment service station was very sticky. I cantell there is very little if any deep cleaning done. I also witnessed an eye roll at a customer who was ordering food. I'm notusually a Karen when it comes to rating places, but the service was not the greatest, and I feel paying customers deserve thebest! Please Arby's make it better for your loyal customers. Service wasn't good. Went through drive-thru and the person wasn't able to answer my questions. Settled on the French dip. The... meat was piled high in the middle of the sandwich instead of covering the whole sandwich. The was so salty I couldn't even eatit. It's doubtful I'll eat at Arby's again. Read more
ordered through door dash and arby's cant even be bothered to include a straw for the shake, napkins, or even the tarter sauce... for the fish i ordered. i even ordered extra tarter. none. so that was all just a waste of money. it is the most basic of skillsthat arby's regularly fails at. it is called training your employees. This was personally my favorite Arby's. I've been to a few Pilot/Arby's as of late and now have them to compare with lately odd... enough since I've been driving OTR. It was really nice, clean, and pretty quiet when I was there. Plus the plants (fake ofcourse, wouldn't want the bugs) were quite lovely.???? This is a decent Arby's the food comes out fast, and they are friendly. The drive through is easy to get through.
