Current update, the dine in is closed despite what it says online. The phone number is disconnected and you can't get through to... anyone. It's burger King, fast burgers at a semi fare price for what they are. If you haven't tried it come on down! Sure theygot rid of their 10 peace nugget for an 8 peace at the same price but hey. The whopper was served below room temperature; disgusting, and a health safety issue. Onion rings were cold and limp. I was... the only customer in the restaurant at 5pm. Nearly every table was dirty with a gooey sticky coating. With multiple tabletopswith food sitting on them. The bathroom is an equal disgusting disaster. Avoid this BK. Threw my food out and left. Updated review: they made some staffing changes?. I now recant every thing in my original review. Super friendly and timely the... last two times! ???? love Burger King but I?ve been to this Burger King seven or eight times (I have a problem, I know) and Iwait 25 minutes or longer for every single order. I went to this location a week ago. I used to live in Alexandria and remember a few times going there as a kid. Haven't walked... in for YEARS and was surprised it looked exactly the way I remembered it back in the late 90s! Didn't mind... But I waited alittle and had to peak in the kitchen to say hello to get staffs attention. Tried to order a 3 piece kids meal French toaststicks BOTH employees told me that it's not a thing (it is I work at a different location but wasn't going to argue with them) Ialso got a 5 piece French toast for myself. I knew they were pretty dead but I figured because of that French toast sticks wouldbe made to order (as they only take 1 minute to cook). We got the food drove away and the French toast sticks were OLD I swearit had to be almost an hour they were hard and chewy barely even good at all, all 8 of them. Which implies they had plentypre-made. Definitely the worst ones I've ever had and I LOVE French toast sticks. From now if I ever go to this location I willrequest specifically out of fryer sticks. Bait and switch at this place. Ordered a whopper and small coke..came to $10. When asked if this was right, as the drive thru... menu board said a lower price, the response was the prices were raised 2 days ago and the lady hadn't had time to change toboard. At this price I wouldn't have ordered. The lady should have given me the price listed on the board. Avoid thisplace... dishonest people! Read more
This burger king is showing the signs of mismanagement and age. The outside is run down compared to the other fast food... restaurants in town. Employees have conversations with customers out of the drive thru window, while others wait. The whopperwith cheese I ordered had more mayonnaise than a church luncheon. The burger was fine, but the tomato still had the stem pit init, making some bites hard. The fries were not salted to Burger King's specifications. Yes, there is such a thing. In thebag, there was no ketchup or offering of any sauce packets. There were also no napkins. The Dr. Pepper I ordered I enjoyed. Burger King would have liked to see them offer a large or king size upgrade, or their latest craze they are advertising. Thisdidn't happen either. All this is a direct reflection of the local management at this restaurant as other restaurants indifferent franchises look amazing and portray Burger King as a modern food eatery that is fast and not fast food. This place is very short staffed, they are all burnt out working extra hours to be open. I feel for them. However they are still... nice as can be and get me just what I need. Cudos to them for working so hard. Read more
