Went here for a relaxing Saturday. We had a number of tastings, and enjoyed some beers. They have an excellent variety of wines... to suit all palates. And the wine is delicious. Their beer selection at 22 Northman is equally broad and enjoyable. They alsoserve some basic food options. Pizza and pretzels. And typically have a food truck or two on site. Their location has been setup beautifully. Lots of seating, some outdoor games. I've never been to an event here, but I have to imagine it would begorgeous. Read more
Beautiful property, great wine and a brewery. Had their margarita which was delicious!! Great place to take photographs as well.
They have an excellent selection of wines. I found that compared to most Minnesota wineries, their wines were not too sweet and... had complex, full-bodied flavors. They also have a phenomenal dry hopped cider. On top of it all, the venue is absolutelydelightful! I would recommend this place. Read more
Stopped by on our way home in the twin cities and we were very happy with the last minute choice! We found the Minnaescato and... Red Sangria to be perfectly refreshing and delicious on a warm summer day. The grounds were very pretty with a small walkingpath. There was love music and lawn games. Excellent place to unwind, enjoy the countryside and great food and drinks! The pizza was excellent (we had the vegetarian and... the spicy pepperoni) and I appreciated the array of wine flight options - most of them costing $12 or you can customize yourflight for $15 or go for the primo wines for $30. Such a beautiful winery and brewery located in Alexandria, Mn! Carlos Creek Winery is one of the nicest in Minnesota! The... beautifully maintained grounds compliment the terrific, friendly service and of course the fantastic wines made on site;particularly the Hot Dish Red and Wobegon White!
