Good food, cleanliness, not a strong suit. Bathrooms were awful. The service was awesome.

Was a little bit of a wait but got fresh chicken so I didn't mind!
I was so disappointed with the cost of our meal and the meal that we received was very very deceiving. The kids ordered the... chicken tender baskets and a chicken tenders were so hard and dried and the biscuits were hard they could use them for hockeypucks. I ordered it two piece dark chicken dinner the thigh and the leg were so small it was about the same size as the chickentenders. And very crispy hard. My granddaughter went up to get butter for our biscuits and his guy standing there playing on hiscell phone and she had asked twice for butter and she was totally ignored. Their customer service was very very bad let's givethem an F on their service. The gentleman that took our order was very nice and did a good job. But won't go back. I've been toone of the KFC in the last month and their service was exceptional and the chicken was prepared fresh !! And it out of the stateof Minnesota. Read more
Went in drive through and ordered the $32 dollar meal with a jug of drink. They didn't give us spoons for the mashed potatoes... and coleslaw. No cups or straws for the drink. No napkins for greasy chicken. We come back through the drive thru and ask forspoons, napkins, straws and cups. They say "how many" we say "4" and they tell us to pull forward. The employee shoved a bag outthe window and let the windows slam shut. We received 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 spoons, no lids and no straws. We wait 3 minutes forthem to come back to the window, while we made calls to the store and the line was "busy" (though most of us know the fast foodplaces keep their phone off when they don't want to deal with calls.) "Need something else?" they say. "Yeah, straws and lidsfor the cups," then they leave and come back with the items without further words. The food was good, customer service awful. Ifyou choose to go, either walk in to be sure you can get everything quick or be prepared for attitude in the drive thru. Read more
Drive through representative was very pleasant however.. what on Earth happened to KFC? Tiny chicken pieces, most of the... breading was missing, it was barely lukewarm and.. the orange price tag attached to the actual chicken grossed us out! Too bad,KFC in general has clearly just given up. Read more
Food was amazing! Last time we ordered a family meal the lemonade was out and when we arrived home we noticed. When we currently... just went there the lady was super nice and handed us some lemonade and it was soooo goood! Didn't even make a fuss over it!Good management there! ???????????? Read more
