The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the food offered on the breakfast buffet was not edible. The buffet... was the only option on Saturday morning. The slice of chocolate/vanilla pound cake was okay. The sliced fruit tasted like it hadbeen previously frozen. The 5 hot food items were literally not edible?the fried, diced potatoes were like little rocks; thescrambled eggs were made from a powdered mixture; the bacon was swimming in grease; the pan of pre-made waffles were likesponges. I didn?t taste the sausage patties There was no toaster or bread, no cereal or milk; no hot oatmeal, no bagels. Thecoffee looked and tasted like brown water. Honestly, I can?t believe we paid $12 person. None of us were able to eat anythingexcept for the slice of pound cake. We paid our $40 bill and then drove 5 miles to the caribou coffee located in Alexandria. Iunderstand the pandemic has been extremely difficult on our travel industry, however there is no excuse for the horrible food onthis buffet, and then charging $12 per person for it. Read more

Dinner -Slow service. Over a 40 min wait for our food with a slow restaurant or many tables open! We had to go and left without... getting our food. Such a bummer. Breakfast- they did a good job with. Lots of food. Don't really cater to gluten or dairy freefolks. Read more

We visited this restaurant while staying at the hotel. It was all you could eat pasta bar/stir fry night. It was so good! They... had it set up where you put all your ingredients in a bowl and they cook it for you. As they're cooking it you have your choiceof pasta or rice to add to your ingredients and then a choice of sauce. Garlic bread and desserts were included in the price. Itwas very delicious and I recommend stopping by if you are staying at the hotel. Read more

Not really busy, but an hour plus wait for food! No bread served when it should have been, no explanation or checking in to tell... us why! Food was good, service poor. Read more

We are staying at the resort so we figured we would try their restaurant. We are here off season, but it was a Saturday night.... Staff was great and friendly. And food came out quickly. The free bread that came out we all swear had mold spots. The waitertold us it was rosemary and "they get asked that all the time". I could see the rosemary. I know what a spice looks like. Thesuspected mold was the typical blue/gray color and circular pattern. Only on 3 of the 4 spices of bread. Also, if multiplepeople question your bread....maybe it is time to switch. Very off-putting and set the main meal up for a lot more scrutiny. 2of us ordered the sirloin dinner cooked medium rare. One was cooked correctly, mine was more medium well. Both cuts of beef werefairly poor but we did order a sirloin and not a pricier cut so I wasn't expecting filet (but at least cookedcorrectly). Walley sandwich was pretty meh, lobster ravioli was like overcooked mush with barely any lobster. The blue cheesedressing on my salad was great though! I love a good blue cheese. My daughter got the kids sunfish meal, it had bones in itthat I needed to pick out for her (shes 2). However, the portion was gigantic and the fish itself was actually very good forbeing sunfish. Probably the best meal of all of ours. Would not go back, we had planned to do the Subday prime rib brunch todaybut were so disappointed last evening we decided to skip it. Read more
