Went through drive thru yesterday and once again you have to wait in line for a horrendous amount of time. I ordered a drink and... a cake pop for my daughter(double checked it was all typed onto the screen correct). Waited in line for almost 35min. The personin front of me ended up abandoning their order before they got up to the window as the wait was so long. The girl took about5min before she even opened the window for me to pay. I asked for a straw and some napkins and she asked if my drink wassupposed to be iced. I said it was. She the just dumps my hot drink onto ice which is not how iced version is made. My drinkjust tasted like room temp coffee. She hands my drink back and said bye. I asked for my cake pop and she asked what flavor. Shewent and got it and came back and just handed it to me. No sorry no rush or anything. She clearly didn?t care that my entireorder was incorrect or the fact that the wait was absolutely way too long. Any time I go through this drive though it?s at leasta 25min wait for a drink. Most fast food places are faster than this. Very frustrated with my experience at this place. Read more
Target Starbucks always does 110%! They always make their drinks perfectly and know their coffee. The staff is always so kind... and I enjoy going there! Happy girl right here! Read more
For starters: LOVE Starbucks coffee, HATE waiting in lines - PERIOD...not in a car, not under the stars, neither here, nor... there, not anywhere! Inside the coffee shop is where I go to pickup this, well, if you ask me, I'd say legendary cup of joe Somany vehicles, such a wrap-around, curly que drive-thru. So many patient and loyal customers willing to spend 30-35 minuteszigzaging around and around, then around again until the pickup window is visible in the distance. I went there and they messed my drink up. So I told them and asked if I could get a different one and the lady was rude to my... boyfriend next to me and went and made me a new one and she comes back and I say thank you and she throws the straw at me andwalked away. Got my order wrong and super long line! I ordered two drinks. A grande cold press with a shot of white chocolate mocha and a... little bit of half and half. What I received was a grande cold press with whip cream. I also ordered a venti green tea with ashot of peach juice and no sweetener. I received a venti green tea with no peach juice and extra sweetener. It took a reallylong time to get the drinks as well. I was very clear with my order and she even repeated my order back correctly. I ended uptossing the drinks because they were not yummy at all. There was a long line, and I wasn?t going to go back in line to ask themto redo the drinks. Very disappointed. Read more
Nice friendly staff but the tables are always dirty (I?m sure because it?s busy and only 2 people are usually working) and my... drink was mostly ice. I seriously got in about 5 quick sips. Read more
