New menu is interesting. Always good cause you make it your way
We try to eat healthy so subway is our favorite place. This one is so dirty. No clean tables on half the place at 11:30 am. The... rugs look like they havent been vacuumed for a month, n the windows are very dirty. Hopefully they get some more workers sothese things can be done more often. Service was good but the sandwiches were very lightly filled, meat AND veggies. Doubt it's the staff's fault but that was a... bread sandwich seasoned with some meat and veggies.. lame and certainly not worth $20 for 2 sandwiches. Read more
The lack of preparedness is astounding. I had placed an online order for three sandwiches. When I arrived, and had gotten to my... turn. I stated I placed an online order. The gal yells back at the line, "yea. We've been busy and haven't even started em yetso." First, I thought that was extremely rude, because how is that my fault that you didn't start the sandwiches promptly? Thenas we proceeded with making my sandwiches, she starts the veggie line, and looks at me and asks what I want.....its all on theonline ticket. Then just kept saying every veggie she was out of like it was a joke. No tomatoes, onions...etc. Then folds asandwich that was only meat and cheese that was not intended to be folded yet. Long story short, the customer service on thisgal was astounding. Next time, instead of just saying "sorry" like you said you did to you manager, which in fact you did not,fix the problem. In order for this to make sense. I have to start by saying, I'm a truck driver. I have literally eaten #Subway in all lower 48... states. From the big city's to the, where in the hell am I. And this has to be the best #Subway that I have ever been to. Theservice was amazing, the food was so fresh. It was also the cleanest #Subway that I have ever seen. Customer service was great, friendly service with a smile. My firstsentence was how I rated them a year ago. Today their quality... of food is disappointing. I ordered a spicy Italian with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Just look disappointing. Read more
Love the size, layout and new remodel! Great staff. Clean/ fast service.
Stopped there for lunch and there were only 2 people working, idk who they were but they did great! Service was slow but the... experience was amazing. They were very polite and genuinely cared about serving customers. They kept their heads level anddidn't become overwhelmed. 10/10! Read more
