So me and my son went at Alexandria to eat Sunday.When we arrive at the door said drive thru only while there was an employee... sitting there.i order two burgers only ketchup and two fries with Pepsi but when we went to pay we needed to repeat three timesand we got the wrong order and they don?t even speak French or English.We went back in the drive thru to ask for the rest of ourorder but they don?t even wanna the rest of our food never going back again. Closed indoors, no staff,owners hardly speak or understand English. Last time I went here they had no fries, this time no... bananas. Grocery store across the street. Sorry to see a long time successful franchise go down hill. My last visit. (p.s)deserts were not made properly Read more
Rude and slow service. Hot day, we were second of three cars in the drive thru. We were told we couldn't have our dipped cone... because the ice cream was too soft. When we asked for our money back we magically got our dipped cone after another long wait. Terrible location. Read more

Waited almost 20 minutes for 1 order of kids nuggets and a French fry. I ended up leaving before I paid and got my order. No one... came to say what the delay was about. Just ignored me at the window for all that time. This isn't the first time we get horribleservice. This just happens to be the last I'll go there. Read more

Ordered a 6pc chicken strip basket covered in honey BBQ sauce. Fries were warm at best and the chicken was cold. No warmth in... the meat at all. Ordered through drive-thru and had to make a meeting on time so had no time to turn around to go back. Firsttime ordering there, also will be my last. Read more
