Beautiful outdoor seating and atmosphere. Got a cocktail and small dishes. My favorite was the hummus and pita, the pita was... very fluffy and buttery..simply delicious. Great service, I wish I got to more items from the menu. 4 stars bc the LavenderFields cocktail was not what I expected, and the food is a bit overpriced for what it is. Read more
Everything was wonderful. Luckily we had a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the delicious food. My friend and I shared... Patatas Bravas ($10) and Beef Kabobs ($16). It's just a short walk from Waterfront Park and open all year. Read more
The atmosphere is wonderful with seating outdoors as well as indoors. The small plates are delicious. The servers were very... friendly, unfortunately staffing was not adequate for the number of patrons. We had to wait quite a while for our food as wellas the bill. They could also use a bit more variety of meat tapas on their menu. The sister restaurant across from the mainrestaurant is where we ate. Not all of the menu items are available at the sister location. A must try is the Tazeki with pitabread, as well as the potatoes! Everything is a fairly good size portion and so delicious! They tend to be completely booked, so make sure to make a reservation for BARCA Pier or go across the walkway, like we did to their sister location. Pets arewelcome, so bring your dog! We enjoyed seeing them. It is a bit pricey, but considering the ambience and the quality of thefood, it's worth the visit. Read more
This establishment is very accommodating to us vegans. The service by server Sarah was superb. Nice selection of cocktails,... wine, and beer. The manager came to our table to apologize for a mistake the kitchen staff made. That was a nice touch, since wedidn't even complain about the error. The view of DC and MD from the river is relaxing. This venue is one of the best in the DMV. On the water with great views. This is a must for the summer. I didn't take many... pictures but you'll have to trust me on this one. The food is decent. Not the greatest but the views make up for it. The servicewas excellent our waiter was awesome. They also have tap to pay to the table. America is finally catching up to Europe.Definitely stop in if you want to have good vibes on the water. Read more
Possibly best Spanish/Mediterranean food in the area, complemented by a soothing view to the river. Reservations are encouraged... as the place is usually full even in the winter - and rightfully so, the place and the food is amazing. Outdoor seating has abeach vibe, ideal to sit and talk for hours accompanied by good drinks and tasty food. Everything we ordered was delicious, evendishes that are typically simple such as hummus. Delightful spot on the water. We sat at pier, and were fortunate to get a table with an excellent water view. It took a few... extra moments for our server to get to our table, but after that service was perfect. We enjoyed each of our dishes (and thecocktail). I highly recommend the Serrano croquettes and the beef tenderloin, but don't sleep on the Tuna crudo, and the prawns.Would definitely eat here again. Read more
Delicious!! This place is absolutely amazing! We had some friends take us here for a drink and a little snack - honestly... everything was so good we didn’t even take pictures of everything! It’s served tapas style, and every thing we ordered fromdrinks to food was incredible! Always ask for more pita ! Don’t be afraid to try the outdoor part, even in the cold weatherwith the heat lamps it was cozy! My only complaint is the pita to dip ratio, but they always brought more pita! Read more
