The food was good and in good quality. It's a little hard to get to the place. The server was attentive and quick with the food.... The only bad part was the avocado was blackened in our salad. The mango tea was too sweet but my partner liked it. I wouldrecommend a late night food craving spot. Cleanliness could be better and the professionalism of the waitress. Read more
This was probably the best service I've ever had at any restaurant. There was only a short wait to be seated, despite them being... short-staffed and almost completely packed. If you ever visit, ask for Terry. He was our server and was amazing! He wasenergetic, made us laugh, and really went out of his way to make sure we had a good time and good food, all the while havingbeen there for over eight hours and running on Red Bull. This Chili's location was great! I was visiting from Manassas and decided to stop in. Same great for, same great atmosphere.... This location has a very good feel to it, with the warning rays of sun setting a good mood coming thru the front doors. The onlygripes I could come up with were that the table was a bit dirty, and that the area from the parking lot to the inside has a doorbut it wasn't the front door....?? This is a apparently a mobile order To-Go door. It really throws off the look of therestaurant when the first door that guests can walk up to isn't the front door... But, I guess there's nothing the restaurantstaff or managers can do about that, haha! That's an architect and engineer's thing. Overall the service was great. I orderedthe chicken enchilada soup to start (no tortilla strips), and original chicken crispers as a main. They were both cooked well,and perfect. My server continually checked in on me and wasn't the talkative type. He let me say what I needed and left itsimple, which I appreciated very much. He brought me a couple things when I asked for them and was always there to help at theright time. What I did find odd was that the person bringing me my food was not the person checking on me or taking my order.All in all, a great ending to the day for me. Thanks Chili's crew! Read more
We visited Chili's on Sunday night. Nice food and friendly staff. We had chicken enchilada soup, southwest chicken soup and... classic old timer burger .Good value for money. I highly recommend it. Read more
Friday lunch visit. Plenty of parking, no crowd. Traffic heavy. Easy to see from the road. Immediately seated. Eclectic American... menu. A lot of interesting lunch combos. Soups came immediately and were hot and tasty. Sandwiches came shortly after. Very nicesandwiches. Tasty. Large. Totally enjoyed lunch. Read more
