My girlfriend had never been to Chilis before so we went. I enjoy the service there and the food was good. We got the Full... course me but our server ended up ringing my order in wrong. Memorial Day. I went with my family today and received the worst service. I never seen so poor service in all the years that I... have been a client. The server did not get the order right and has to be reminded several times about the items that weremissing. The appetizers arrived with the food and 2 extra items arrived when we were done eating. The server never clean thetable during our visit and the last 5 sodas that we requested did not arrived. I spoke to the manager and she told me that sheonly had one server. She did not show any intentions of making our experience a better one. I don?t recommended this place anddefinitely management and employees needs a better training. Read more

Food was pretty good and decent. My waitress was really nice and friendly. The establishment was clean and nice. So overall it... was a good experience. I had their $5 drink specials of the month something mixed with Caption Morgan rum.. it was fruity ashell but after 2 I was starting to feel "good" LOL (I'm a light weight tho). This is the best Chili's we have ever been to. The staff loves their boss, and it shows in the level of service we always get... here. We think the food is fantastic for the prices charged. My wife and I eat out a lot, and I have to say that Chili's crushesall the other chains for value... And this Chili's crushes for service.
