This place deserves zero stars! Today I went to buy a lunch and I very kindly asked the lady that I wanted to pay for extra... rice, after they are starting my lunch a girl comes and starts yelling at the lady in a completely out of place tone and veryloud , claiming because I had more rice, I felt so embarrassed! because of her screams, which the customers heard, if she hadasked the lady she would have realized that I was paying for extra rice, I very much told her to apologize that I was the onewho asked the lady for the extra rice and that I was paying for it, but even so the lady was out of her mind to which sheresponded by making signs with her hands, not to get involved in the conversation that she was not talking to me and to keep mymouth shut! it was definitely a horrible experience Read more
Rather slow. Seems to be a consistent pace whether packed or your next up in line. Food takes time to cook, I get it. Insult to... injury. I choose my grain and protein and my bowl is waiting on the next station?. The associate behind the glass, PROCEEDS makethe customer?s bowl behind me? from the 2nd station. Mind you? I haven?t been acknowledged, I don?t even have pico yet. The ?1?customer behind me has both their bowls (2) dressed up with corn, you name it. It wasn?t until the line server took the time tolook at me in my eyes that I was able to to get my bowl prepared? then when she put the lid on my bowl she intentionally crushedit to the point I asked for another. They are near where I live and it has been convenient for me, so I have tolerated a lot of their bad service over a long period... of time. They often don't hear what you say and put wrong items in the bowl, or extra items and try to charge you. They neverplace pick up order on the rack and you always have to try to get someone's attention to get it for you from inside. Theyusually don't pay attention and you have to repeatedly say "excuse me" loudly. Also, you have to stand in a crowded spacebetween the cashier and the soda fountain, and it is not six feet, but actually less than six inches from all the peoplearound. They gave me a totally wrong online order today, I had to go back and get it changed. There was not an apology fromanyone. I am never going to this Chipotle again in my life. Read more
Went for dinner at 8, service line seemed pretty slow, cooks were busy refreshing and trying to pull and clean all at the same... time, was pretty chaotic, just wait to clean so that everyone's isn't in the way of everyone else... Some ingredients were greatquality, some seemed to be old or not very fresh. Salad bowl ce with about 6 pieces of lettuce, should have gone for a burritoI guess. Read more
Pick up order delays. Tables and floors are very dirty. Very unkind staffs. Waited over 25mins for my to go pick up order but... nothing came out. No one helped me while I was asking three different people who work there. A lady told me to complain andcancel on the app and chipotle.com.
