I just left out of this restaurant not even 5 minutes ago, upon entering the server behind the counter was rude and acted like... she was busy. I stated my order and she barely filled my bowl with rice, when I asked for more rice she put barely anotherscoop in it. I asked for double chicken she barely filled the bowl up and was trying to rush my order. I asked for sour cream onthe side which I paid for and it was barely filled halfway. If I am paying more than twelve dollars for some food it would benice to fill my bowl up, along with the side condiments that i am paying for.There was no one behind me in line, so im wonderingwhy I was rushed and the servers behind the counter were acting like they couldn't speak. This was not the experience that Ihave expected from this chain. If you do not like your job why work there? I could see if the restaurant was busy. I was almostat the point where I wanted to turn around and return it. If I was not on my way home to take care of my daughter I would havereturned it all. I know now that I will not go in this restaurant at all now. It may not matter because I am just one customer,there was absolutely no need to be rude and no reason to not fill my order the way you would want to take home to your family. Read more

I've been burned by Chipotle in the past, when they took the lemons away. But today I boycott. My boyfriend and I both ordered... the new steak; his a bowl, mine a burrito. He likes hot sauces and salsas on his bowl, so he orders some in the order line, butwe both like manually applying hot sauce from the bottle ourselves. Today we were informed there was no hot sauce. No reason, noexplanation, just pure dismissal from the cashier. What kind of burrito and taco joint simply doesn't have hot sauce???? So nowI have no lemons and no hot sauce. When I finally started eating, I didn't get a single bite of meat until I was halfwaythrough it. Every bite was just sour cream, guacamole and rice. I finally started to fork out some pieces of meat, which I admitare tasty. As I continued to eat, the entire burrito just fell apart. It was single-handedly the worst construction of aChipotle burrito I have ever had. By this point I noticed the employee who had made my burrito was now on her own lunch break,so I assume she was distracted by the anticipation of being able to eat herself to perform her one and only job correctly.Highly disappointing. This chipotle is getting worst every time I go. Witnessed a customer get mad because the cashier told her to slide her card four... times and thought she got charged four times. She left angry without her food. Then the cashier had an attitude with me afterthat. The problem is too many online orders and then in person gets busy too. Management needs to figure out the online order vsin person orders to avoid mistakes and angry customers. Read more

I love chipotle and it's been over a year since I've had the chance to eat it. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience and... probably cured me from ever desiring to eat there again. However, just looking at their other reviews they seem to not be sogreat compared to other locations. Around 10:45AM ordered online for pickup at 11:10. Picked it up at 11:11 and it was a ghosttown in there and everyone just stared at me. Lol, it was kinda awkward. The food wasn't on the online order cart area butinstead behind the counter so I had to give my name for it. I ordered the new chipotle chicken thinking it sounded really goodbut it was horrible. The chicken was barely warm and so many pieces were just fatty and gross. I also found what looked like ahair but my partner just convinced me it was a piece of the chicken. They missed two things of my order, no salsa and no brownrice mixed with the white rice. The food was cold. Most of the chips were stale. The employees were all just sitting around andlooked bored and seems like they made the food right away and by the time I had gotten there it had gotten cold maybe. This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. I live 5 minutes away, so I?ve frequented it way more than I?d have liked to.... What?s most impressive is their sheer consistency in providing bad service and screwing up orders. The last 5 times in a row Iwent there they messed multiple things up. They ALWAYS forget drinks for kids meals or give the wrong ones, they serve extremelystale chips, and they have no clue how to roll burritos. I think I?ve had one burrito out of about 10 from them that didn?t justcompletely fall apart. They?re also terrible at managing mobile orders. They have a whole shelving system with letters for namesset up for mobile orders, yet for some unfathomable reason, they keep all of the orders behind the register so you have to waitfor 5-10 minutes until they acknowledge you to ask if your food is ready. Most of the time your order won?t be ready even thoughthe ?order ready? time has passed. They?ll even set it all out to make, but then just continue making food for the people inline - even though you?re standing right there and already told them you?re there to pick up your order. I don?t think thischipotle has ever gotten one of my orders completely correct. It?s almost like they train their employees to be bad at theirjobs. I have to think the only reason this store is still in operation is because of its proximity to so many people and lack ofanother good option nearby. The employees here are very rude. It was our first time to eat here. The store at 5955 Kingstown T.C. #160 Alexandria, VA 22315.... My mother in law ordered her food and asked for the salsa that is the mildest on the side?. They gave her the most spicy kind.She put a little on her food, but it was all to spicy so she couldn?t eat it at all. She went back up to see if they wouldremake it since that is their mistake. They would not remake it and told her she had to go to the end of the line which wasbacked up to the door. They would not fix it at all and made it VERY clear to us that THEY DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES!!! I would liketo know how to be so perfect that you never make a single mistake! She even offered to pay for a new one, and they said she hadto go to the end of the line! Customer services should be your number one priority! With out customers you wouldn?t have abusiness period! If I could leave 0 stars or even negative stars I would! All they had to do is remake it and everything couldhave been just fine! But I guess taking 2 minutes to make it was to much trouble! It took them longer to argue with us then itwould have been to just fix their mistake! It was our first time to eat there and it will be our last and we were a group of 8! Read more

This Chipotle didn't have guacamole, or take NFC payments. I get that supply chain issues can effect the ingredients shortage,... but there needs to be a sign that says what this restaurant is taking and not taking, has in stock or doesn't have in stockbefore beginning an order. No excuse for not having NFC payments. Read more
