I've gone here several times. I wanted to wait and see if the line customer service got better but it did not. The first time I... came here they gave me very small portions. Cool, let that go. The next time I came here the line server threw my food on therelike she was serving food to a jail mate. She then put the wrong food on there and disrespectfuly rolled her eyes. I found pieced of ice in my bowl. This location lacks customer service and little to no meat.
- first time here and the food was horrible, chicken, rice and beans were all super dry and had little flavor. The only thing... that was good were the guacamole and tea I got. - place was clean and organized. - had plenty of seating inside and out. -staff seemed friendly but picked up my order so didn't really interact with them. - where the location is there plenty ofparking. - overall I remember why I stopped eating at Chipotle in general, each time in every location I get horrible food. I went there tonight to get a bowl of burrito, my order for the meat was half sofritas half garlic steak. I was in a complete... shock when the guy who served put only 4 slices of steak. You read it right...4 slices. The sofritas was tiny bit of scoop too.I don't eat a lot but I was in shocked with the amount of meats that I expressed my disappointment knowing also that with thechips, this food is going to cost me around $20. Luckily there's this lady standing next to this guy realizing my disappointmentand probably think this guy indeed put ridiculous amount that the lady quickly added more meat to my bowl. The manager of thischipotle needs to teach everyone on the serving line, the proper amount to served.
