This location will have anywhere from 3 to 15 employees on the floor at any given time and will still manage to mess up your... order... avoid this location at all cost, especially after 9pm. Read more

We live close by and have been to this chipotle ~30 times in the past 3 years. We had always loved coming here because the food... was always fire ????. Lately there has been a lot of employee turnover. We went tonight 8/23/22 around 6:30pm and the servicecouldn't have been worse. All three of the ladies behind the counter looked like they would rather give up their left kidneythan be working there another second. I asked for double veggie in my bowl because I really love the sautéed peppers andonions, and she gave me less than a normal 1 scoop. It was pathetic. She knew it too, and didn't care. The next lady was workingon the guy in front of me and my bowl. I couldn't really see, but I heard the guy in front of me ask "wait, which ones mine?"Like he was suspicious they got switched. Well wouldn't you know, they got switched. I got his bowl, which is not what I wanted.I didn't notice until we got home to eat. Lastly, my fiance attempted to scan his chipotle rewards code and accidently scannedit twice. The lady behind the registered grunted loudly in annoyance and slammed her hand down on the counter. It was justoverall a pathetic experience. What happened to all they great people who used to smile and make bomb bowls. That's what alwayskept us coming back... such a shame. place is terrible, avoid at all cost. about 2 months ago I ordered a chicken bowl and the lady forgot to put the chicken in it.... She marked it V for veggie. When I came back to store after work to get chicken, I was getting a lot of resistance afterexplaining the situation. Earlier today I asked for a tortilla and another lady forgot to put it in the bag. When I came backafter throwing away the receipt the same resistance was given. On top of this there was like 3 pieces of chicken in thebowl. Waste of money Read more

Lettuce we weird colored and soggy. Guacamole has a brown film on top. They ran out of 2 toppings so I was only able to get half... of what I wanted. (I asked for extra lettuce sorry you can?t see anything else underneath, I need that CRONCH). Everyone has abad day but I have given this location multiple chances and they have been consistently not good over the years. Read more

The polite and professional woman with glasses on the end of the line aside... rude employees at this location. I understand... it's a busy time of day so we all need to be more patient but the first two woman were incredibly rude, not paying attention towhat they were doing or what I was asking, then tried to argue with me when I was trying to correct them.... oh well... at leastthey have some professionals employees they should work hard to keep her. I?m not happy one bit about this location and HQ if you?re listening, I advise you to train your workers of this location on... some basic customer service. I ordered the bowl ???? for my little one and when I was ready to pay, we wanted to get a regularsize drink, but then the cashier told us they ran out of regular cups. We said size doesn?t matter if you simply honor the priceon the regular size. She rudely stated that we have to pay the price of the large size as if it?s our fault. I mean seriously???This is the worst customer service ever. We?ll never come back to this location again unless HQ or regional management correctsthis issue. The food tasted like someone dropped a bucket of salt in it. It was half the bowl. Like the uber eats driver ate it or... something. When i called the shop they said they could do nothing about the food because it was an uber order. I get it if thedriver took some bites of the food but did he also put a bucket of salt as seasoning afterwards?? The manager acted like hedidn't care and said there's nothing we can do about it.
