This place went down hill quick. I went in to get a salad and I didn?t feel welcomed. I felt like I was inconveniencing the... employees there. I watched as they screwed up the order in front of me. One employee dropped a large bin of kale on the floor.He went into the back and came right back out. I feel like it was the same kale. The employees were short and seemed bugged thatI asked him to repeat what he said. He was mumbling , so it was hard. I haven?t been to this place in awhile. And thought itwould be the same as before. Don't get more wrong. Their food is good and I like it. But there are two details or lack there that I just catch get pass. The... first is the that quality of the food isn't what it was before the pandemic. It all seems wilted to me. The second is that alittle sauce versus a lot of sauce seems hard for them to decipher. I do not like my salad drenched in sauce. But the food isgood when they do it right. Read more
I have been many times and it has always been good. Today my wife and I both thought our salads were outstanding in their taste... and freshness. It has been a long wait for a great salad place in Kingstowne and fortunately the wait was worth it. Read more
Been coming here pretty consistently since it first opened. I really enjoy making my own warm grain bowl but what is extremely... frustrating is that they keep changing how many toppings you can put on. When it first opened I believe it was 3 then sometimelater it was 4 and then today they said I can only add 3 toppings. I?m not sure what the policy is for Chopt as to how manytoppings are included but this location seems to go back and forth. Also there is always a bad smell like when you first walk inthe door. Anyway, will not be returning. And please don?t ask me to email just fix the problems people have been pointing out. Read more
