It tastes like they used canned chicken instead of fresh offered at other locations. The goat cheese that came with the salad... was missing, I added beets and there were only a few pieces. This place went down hill quick. I went in to get a salad and I didn?t feel welcomed. I felt like I was inconveniencing the... employees there. I watched as they screwed up the order in front of me. One employee dropped a large bin of kale on the floor.He went into the back and came right back out. I feel like it was the same kale. The employees were short and seemed bugged thatI asked him to repeat what he said. He was mumbling , so it was hard. I haven?t been to this place in awhile. And thought itwould be the same as before. Don't get more wrong. Their food is good and I like it. But there are two details or lack there that I just catch get pass. The... first is the that quality of the food isn't what it was before the pandemic. It all seems wilted to me. The second is that alittle sauce versus a lot of sauce seems hard for them to decipher. Been coming here pretty consistently since it first opened. I really enjoy making my own warm grain bowl but what is extremely... frustrating is that they keep changing how many toppings you can put on. When it first opened I believe it was 3 then sometimelater it was 4 and then today they said I can only add 3 toppings. I?m not sure what the policy is for Chopt as to how manytoppings are included but this location seems to go back and forth. Also there is always a bad smell like when you first walk inthe door. Anyway, will not be returning. And please don?t ask me to email just fix the problems people have been pointing out. Read more

I visited this restaurant several times back in December while I was staying close by for an out of town visit. Each visit was... on point in every way possible. Fast forward six months and it's not the same restaurant. Once again I'm visiting from out oftown. Today I stopped in for a shrimp & spinach salad. Customer service ZERO stars. The employee was inconvenienced by mypresence, the atmosphere was awkward, uncomfortable, and un-inviting. The restaurant was "out of shrimp and out of spinach!" Since I don't eat chicken this left me with zero protein options, unless I opted for half a dozen eggs. I repeated most of myorder two to three times- the employee was not interested or paying attention whatsoever. The price of bread served couldn'thave been more stale. It was the end piece and brick hard. I don't think a stray dog would have eaten it. I was actuallyembarrassed for the employee and restaurant- the fact they're "operating" under such subpar standards; unable to perform eventhe most basic tasks of a hospitality establishment such as inventory management, customer service, and food quality says a lotabout the overall establishment and management (or lack there of). With so many stellar restaurants to choose from in the areaI don't recommend Chopt and definitely will not be back. Please don't reply asking me to email CHOPT customer service at dotcom. I've already wasted enough time dealing with a salad restaurant being out of spinach!!!....serving a piece of brick asbread, dealing with Wednesday Adams Family customer service and writing a review to warn others. A nice, clean place to stop off for a quick salad while shopping. All the ingredients in The Orchard Salad were things I like,... so I didn't have to waste time making up my mind. Very nice staff. Read more

Finally, an actual healthy addition to Kingstowne. As a new store, there's a learning curve and growing pains currently.... Hopefully they can start operating more efficiently by having orders ready on time. It's nice that it opens at 10:30am for allthose breakfast salad eaters out there. I got the Cholula Chicken Salad special with jalapeño yogurt dressing and thespiciness of it worked well with the cool and crisp greens. However, opening big plastic bags full of wet chicken and othermysterious ingredients, and disposing of the refuse right at the register was unappetizing for customers to see. Otherwise,Chop't provides ample seating and even accessible wall outlets at tables! Read more
