YMMV regarding customer service. One of the younger female representatives seems to be quite impatient and may need a few days... off or an attitude adjustment, or both. Aside from that, the place has a quality product. It would behoove upper managementand/or ownership to provide customer-facing training to their employees regarding interpersonal interactions if they want toimprove their overall rating. Read more
My wife and I have ordered from this Cold Stone on 3 separate occasions and they have messed up our order each time. Twice they... forgot 1 of our 2 items (only giving my wife her ice cream and completely neglecting to deliver my shake) and all 3 times theymessed up the contents/ingredients of the orders themselves. Consistently a 0/10 experience, we will not be giving them ourbusiness again, despite giving them several chances. Read more
I took my children to this location. First we got there at 2145. The associate tried to lie that the store was closed. Then let... us in at around 2155. Now this has been the worst experience that I have had at any coldstone location and I travel the country.The service was horrible and the product was melting in the store. The product and service was worst at best. I have had betterservice at Braums or DQ. Something needs to be done about this by corporate because I don't believe this is the kind ofreputation that corporate cold stone needs. I'm disgusted and appalled. This ruined my time spent with my children and thereisn't a price tag to this. I don't need no call about free ice cream. We will need that nonsense of a service fixed. Read more
This is the worst Cold Stone you will ever go to! The place is ran by rude teenagers and there isn't an older person or manager... on site to pay attention to how these kids are running the establishment. Service is slow and unprofessional. I got a ChocolateDevotion and paid over $10 for plain chocolate ice cream....the girl forgot all the toppings that went with the flavor. Sheclaimed they were out of brownies and added an Oreo instead. She forgot the fudge and chocolate chips and it wasn't until I leftthat I realized I had bland ice cream. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Ben & Jerry's in Old Town next time, you'll be alot happier. Read more

Please do NOT patronize this establishment!! I visited on February 15th after purchasing a Strawberry Blonde Gotta Have It size... ice cream the Saturday prior. The lid was not properly affixed and the ice cream melted and came outsize of the bag. I returnedto request a refund, with the ice cream in its original packaging and receipt, and was threatened, without prompting, warning,or even escalation, with the law. My only request was simply for a refund with my receipt provided. The 3 young African Americangirls, 2 pictured, are extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful providing unnecessary commentary. The owner, an Indianmale, Ajaz Shaikh, who prefers to reference himself as "AJ" attempted to reference himself as a "Christoper Johnson," hisAmerican business partner, also lacks professionalism. After simply requesting a refund, the owner, Ajaz Shaikh, first contactedbuilding security, who arrived stating he could not remove me from the property, suggested speaking with the owner, andsuggested I not engage the three young girls due to their behavior and disrespectful comments. After waiting for almost 45minutes inside the establishment, the law never arrived. As I was about to drive away, an officer approached and stated nothinghe could do and my contact with corporate. On a Saturday at 1030PM, this place was paaaaaaaacked. Like jam packed. I'm talking preserves, jelly. Besides that it was a... great experience. One birthday cake in a waffle bowl and I asked for banana nut in a waffle cone. That is evidently not anoption but they gladly combined banana ice cream and pecans. Delicious.
