I tried to place an order for delivery earlier tonight but was told that they are not doing delivery at all. Pick up only. They... were not even apologetic about it. It was clearly spoken by the employee that they didn?t care. This will be my LAST timeordering from Domino?s Pizza. I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know that your location chooses not to abideby Domino?s advertised promise. Read more
I ordered a pizza and boneless wings with a bbq dipping cup. The pizza came pretty much cold and they put the bbq sauce on the... wings and sent a cup of habanero sauce. There is someone in my household that cannot eat bbq sauce due to allergies which is whyI didn?t order with the bbq sauce on the wings. I called and received no answer. Read more
This Domino's pizza is great. I usually do carryout and feel it's an excellent value. However, I've ordered delivery twice and... both times have been poor experiences. First time our pizzas were delivered to the wrong house. After I called, they remade ourorder and redelivered but now it was over 90 minutes later. Tonight, the estimated time said 22 minutes, but it got here at onehour and one of the pizzas had someone else's name on it. Bottom line: good pizza, good price, delivery problems due to sendingmultiple orders out with one driver. I understand the need to do that and I understand staffing can be a challenge these days,but the accuracy needs to be better. I'll stick to carryout. Read more

I ordered 2 medium pizza from this store, which is 2 miles away from my home and they said it will be arrive in 40 minutes but I... waited for 2 hours and I call the store and again they said the driver is on the way 5 minutes to arrive. Poor service. Stood in line at the front counter for 10 minutes while people ran around getting boxes and making orders but... never even acknowledging us. Ended up just ordering online as I stood there and leaving. they should just replace the personupfront with a machine if that?s the kind of service they strive to have. What?s the point of having humans? When we got ourorder. It wasn?t even correct. And all we wanted was a cheese pizza. Not much to get incorrect. Read more
Picture of 1st pizza ordered 9/26/19. Thin crust extra cheese was over done and tasted like paper with no flavor of cheese.... Spoke to management who saved phone number for a fresh one. 9/28 picked up a dry and tasteless thin crust again over cooked!Asked if it could be cooked for less time and was told it is cooked on a timer. Workers need to be more mindful about cuz timers ordering , we ordering on our breaks from our jobs and they messing everything... up , I order some wings waited for the confirmation email that says it?s ready , so I?m heading to pick them up , went insidethe store , phone was ringing and there was not a soul inside true store , they come out asking if I?m picking up or ordering Isaid pick up , they start pretending they looking for my order knowing them well that had not made any wings , they tehy got thenerve to ask me if I wanted to wait like ???????, need to train people better and hired people who really likes costumer service, they were looking at me like if I was stupid or doing something wrong Read more
