Waited 15 min for an online order. People walking into the store were getting their food faster as the guys behind the counter... kept their heads down and didn?t care about anyone waiting. I got a mix of regular fries and Cajun fries scooped up because theperson making the friends filled all the other orders and they could see I was getting angry. This location needs somemanagement that can help folks with customer service. Don?t just thrown a bag with a burger on a shelf and forget about it. Read more
Staff was amazing!!! The older gentleman who took our order and made our milkshakes was so kind and the milkshake was BOMB! Bit... expensive for a shake tho but worth it! Charlie was polite and made the best fries! The lady who made our burger was quick(began making our burgers ASAP) love this location! Team has great customer service skills. Read more
Burger was good. But they need to fix the picking up to go orders process. My burger was in a bag for a while before I got it... and only because I asked when mine would be ready. I can go to McDonald's and get my burger right away without ordering ahead.Don't waste my time because then I'll start to feel the better burger isn't worth the hassle. Read more
Haven?t eaten at a Five Guys in awhile. Their serving sizes haven?t shrunk at all. Had the regular cheeseburger with... everything and a ?small? fry...enough food for two adults, which I promptly devoured. Food was hot, and it tasted good - we?llin step with what you?d get from a FG. Dining area could have used a ?refresh?...I came in around 7pm...it wasn?t crowded, butit was active. Kinda gross when the tables need a wipe down. Five guys has always been on the slightly elevated priceside....17 bucks for a burger, fries and drink is more of the same. Probably won?t be back to a FG...too spendy for what isreally elevated fast food. Read more
Fast & flexible burger joint. The fries, especially the cajun seasoning, are the best. Burgers come with 2 patties. If you get... a junior, then it's only 1 patty. Good stuff & super friendly staff too! Read more
