I?ve always wanted to come here since I was a kid and decided to finally take the chance since we had to go to Amazon fresh next... door. Upon entering I expected it to be like hands-on chipotle style where you just create what you want, not a sit-down diningexperience which is fine. We came around noon and were sat down immediately but no one came to our table for at least 10minutes. Since we?ve never been there we walked over to the bar and the host stopped us and sat us back down and started takingour order instead of a waiter. We placed our order and got our food, but it annoyed us that no waiter came to help and the hosthad to. The food itself is decent, the sauces were too sweet for me personally but my girlfriend enjoyed it which is what reallymatters. Overall I probably won?t go back unless I?m really in the mood or opt for takeout. Read more
Very nice experience of dining, you can either order from the menu or make your own mix from the variety of ingredients... including different types of pork, beef, chicken, bacon, sausage, sea foods, etc. Then you have the vegetables, seasonings, andsauces. You can fill you chosen bowl size as much as you can, then take it to the chef who will grill them and bring them toyour table. Read more

The Mangolian grill ????My friend suggested this place and we visited here for the first time. We get the bowls (there are sizes... for the bowl) and we get to choose our meat, sides (including the salt, pepper and the sauces etc. Make sure the salt & spicesare correct ????). After adding everything, you move to the kitchen area where the chefs ask your preferred base (rice/noodlesetc) and after our selection, they cook it for us based on the ingredients we give. It?s a different kind of experience and weliked it. I suggest you go for the regular bowl because the food you get would be sufficient. By looking at the size of theregular bowl for adding the ingredients, we got the large bowl. Later we realised its a big mistake. Read more
That Was ROUGH! FOOD: Sadly, we couldn't finish the food. We chose steak tips, carne asada, something like fried rice, and... noodles. The meat was not chewable. The rice wasn't cooked well and the end product was very oily. The fresh meat was hard tochew. We had to stop chewing and put in the napkin. The rice was very hard, not even close to al'dente. The only thing goodwere the fried chicken dumplings. They call them Potstickers. SERVICE: Our server was very professional. BUT, she was alonegreeting you, sitting you, instructing on how to do things, taking orders and delivering food. A modern day wonder woman! In myopinion bad management! BATHROOMS TRIPLE DANG! Men's bathroom smelled horrible! So I asked my partner to check the women'sbathroom and she indicated that it was not clean. Maybe due to something someone ate? SUMMARY: In my opinion, this a place tonever return. We didn't finish our plates and the food was so rough we didn't even ask for boxes to bring the food home. Establishment was clean and friendly. Husband and I got 2 regular bowls and we were full. We walked in and the person was very... knowledgeable and helpful and guided us through the process. First time here and will definitely be coming back again. So wortha trip and try. You will not be disappointed! Read more
I?ve come here for dine in & take out & the food is always delicious. When I ordered take out I was given the wrong food & had... to go back 20 mins to the restaurant to get my correct order with nothing extra offered for inconvenience. My dine in experiencewas great.
