Waitstaff were very friendly and welcoming, but the food was not good. I know IHOP is not known for exquisite cuisine, but this... was sub-par even for a chain restaurant. Got a milkshake that tasted stale, chicken had tough spots and was overcooked, and thewaffle had batter clumps. Meal was $22. Far overpriced for the quality. Read more
Terrible service ever; food was burnt, service was rough and rude, staff was greedy. My bill was 18 dollars, and I put down 25... dollars; the waitress took the cash and didn't intend to return any change. When I asked for change, she pretended to keep all25 dollars, which was 7 dollars for tips. It's their responsibility to make the food right, and they shouldn't assume more than22% tip from customers by not returning the change. At the end I paid 23 dollars which was more then 22% for tip with this kindof service I received. Worst of worst IHOP I've never been. I will never return to this IHOP even though close to my home. Good IHOP! Ample parking. Connected to a hotel so can get packed quickly at peak hours. Hard to open outer door if elderly &/or... using assistive devices. I've ordered takeout a number of times. My order is usually correct but always good to check. My lastorder was really good -- easy to order & pay online, easy to pick up & tasty (though they like to make their hashbrowns extracrispy even if not ordered that way). Nice service! Read more

Paper and egg shell in our food. Hashbrowns were extremely overcooked crackers. Medium eggs were scrambled. The entrance smells... like a porta potty. The host did give us a nice, quiet corner and our waitress was quite kind. Those two things sure didn't makeup for the other challenges of this location. Read more
I visited this place on Thanksgiving. The staff were doing a great job. The only problem was that they didn't have onion rings... and did not inform us, instead the decided to replace it with French fries and surprise us with that decision lol. Everythingelse was great. Read more

The absolute worst place I have been to in a very long time!! The manager was lazy and arrogant. He watched the poor server... struggle to wait on all the tables by herself and didn't help at all!!!!! My complaint is not with her, but with him and theentire restaurant. We had a group of 10 and the entire experience was over two hours!! It took over 40 minutes just to get ourdrinks, another hour for our food, and all the manager did was bring me a plain waffle when I had ordered the chicken andwaffles. It was wrong when it came out so the manager thought he'd "help" by bringing out my waffle. I asked if the chicken wasstill coming and he said he didn't know. Then he brought out a couple burnt tenders with honey mustard!!! Most of our meals wereovercooked or cold. Then we felt pressured out when we were done because despite the 24 hours advertisement, they closed at 10.So after 2 hours of waiting we had to hurry and eat. Then instead of unlocking the door for us 10 to leave, he made us walkthrough the side door and all the way around the building with 4 children and a senior. Absolutely the worst place in America!
