I went there today & what a terrible experience. I got two subs. One of the subs didn?t have any lettuce or mayonnaise, the... other sun and lettuce but zero mayo or anything either. Only turkey & cheese. 31$ for low quality food. The person at thecounter didn?t even seem to understand how to ring things up or what toppings were. There?s much better places to get a sub fromfor the price. Read more

- each time I go to this location they are closed, no matter what time. 12pm 1pm, 2pm each time closed. Super annoying and not... sure how they make money to to keep the business open. - food not sure how it is cause I can never order anything since theyare always closed. - staff, not sure if they're friendly or not cause I've never been able to step foot inside thislocation. - clean and organized, not sure looks like it through the window, but can never go inside to actually see. - prices,yep guess it. No clue cause they are always closed so I have never ordered anything from this location. - plus side is plentyof parking in the are so once you see they are closed, you can walk to another business that is open. - don't recommend thislocation. If I could give this a zero star I would. Staff of six and only two people making sandwiches. The other four just standing... around staring at the customers waiting? slow as molasses doesn?t begin to explain the wait? worst management I?ve ever seen byfar from this franchise. Read more

Very friendly staff. It's been years since I've been to a Jimmy John's and I thought I remembered them being a little more... inexpensive but I suppose inflation has its grip on everything. I got an "unwich" which turned out really well so I was pleased. Read more

I?ve never felt the need to do a review but I ordered online for a pickup order and ended up waiting 45 mins for a Turkey sub.... There were several people waiting the same about of time for their orders. The staff was trying but unfortunately they were justextremely unorganized. Two team members just seemed completely lost and lackadaisical. No one greeted any of the customers, noone called out the orders when they were finally ready and my order was not even right. I am not a complainer but this crewneeds a manager on site to get them organized and lead them. 5/21/22 Read more

Got a turkey sandwich and it tasted like nothing. Very disappointed to have spent $12 for a flavorless meal. Got vinegar and oil... added to my sandwich and could barely even taste the vinegar. Was really craving a cold cut turkey sub too. Next time I'm goingto Jersey Mike's instead. Read more

UPDATE: Visited again on March 2nd, 2022. Day and night difference from 9 months ago! Super friendly service, very energetic and... cheerful. Was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and was very engaged and genuinely happy to interact with me.Sandwich this time came lightning fast, was put in my hand just as I completed payment. THIS is the Jimmy John's "freaky fast"that we all come to expect. Not to mention the sandwich itself was really good (digging the new #7). Great work Carlyle JimmyJohns! Will not hesitate to come back here again. OLD REVIEW (sometime in 2021): This is the slowest Jimmy John's I haveexperienced.. I am used to real Jimmy John's thoroughout the Midwest (Indiana, Illinois, etc.) where the sandwiches wouldliterally be handed to you or is ready for you to pick up before you complete your payment, hence the slogan "Freaky Fast". Thatdoes not exist here. I waited until over a year's experience at this location before giving up and writing this review, just tomake sure this experience isn't an anomalie or due to learning curve. At this location, you can count on waiting at least 3 or 4minutes after your complete payment until your sandwich is ready. I wish I can say they are understaffed but they seem to beadequately staffed. When I visited, there were 2 people waiting at the register (nobody waiting to order), there was only oneperson starting the sandwich line and calling out orders (my sandwich was not called to be started until 2 minutes after Icompleted payment), 2 or 3 other people behind the counter (possibly on the sandwich line), and 1 person doing misc.tasks. Positive stars for staff friendliness and quality of food, both of which seem to be consistent with this location.However, the speed of service is my biggest concern with this location, especially with the high national expectation of theJimmy John's brand.
