Updated review. October 2022 Long wait again as they only had one register. We waited about 30 minutes for the food after we... ordered. We came here around 1:30 PM. They were out of all sodas and also had no more spicy chicken sandwiches. They only hadthe pineapple juice which does not include refills. They were very busy. Food was good though but overall, the service continuesto be sub par. Fries have improved but I wish they would include ketchup. I think you have to ask for them separately. FirstVisit: August 2022 We came here around 12:30 and there was a short line out the door. We were in line for about 15 minutes. Iwanted to order the Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich but they were out so i ordered the original one. We also ordered the Aloha YumBurger and the Banana Langka Pie. It took 15 minutes for order and there were at least 5 individuals after us who ordered whogot their food first. The chicken burger was pretty good, I wish I got to try the spicy one. The Fried were ok, not reallycrispy and a little bland. The aloha burger was messy but ok, somewhat decent. I didn't care for the banana Lanka pie. I didn'treally taste any bananas. Overall, I didn't really enjoy having to wait 30 minutes total but may come back when it's less busyor sitting down inside. Read more
Was excited to have Jollibee but was slightly disappointed with the taste of the chicken. It wasn?t crispy like I was used to in... the south or in the Philippines. Service was good though! I was pretty excited to try this since I've always seen it on YouTube. When we got there the line was out the door, so we waited... maybe 10 minutes until it was our turn to order. The employee who took my order was super friendly and patient. The interior isa little small with limited seating. The food here is kinda pricey for fast food, similar to how McDonald's is now much moreexpensive. I got a 2 piece spicy chicken combo (comes with a drink + 1 side), an order of spaghetti, and 1 Peach Mango pie and 1banana pie. My total was $21. The food tastes good, but it wasn't mind blowing. The chicken also wasn't spicy at all. I don'tthink I'd come back here since it's a little out of the way for me, but if you're craving fried chicken, try it out. Thelocation is also in a plaza that's very inconvenient to get out of. There's usually a line of cars backed up, so keep that inmind. Read more
I was so excited to try Jollibee but It fell under my expectations. Service was fast and quick but the food was very mediocre.... The chicken didn?t have much flavor to be honest but it did stay crispy . The spaghetti was the only thing I liked . The gravyis the only thing that really has flavor. The Mango peach pie didn?t have any filling in it so that was very disappointing. Idon?t think I?ll make the drive back to go here as there are better chicken places and Filipino restaurants than this one . Read more
Came in on Wednesday noon. It was great! Our wait time less than 10 mins. Had a chance to eat inside while the food was hot as... well. But by the time we were leaving the line formed really well. They did start taking orders outside which help the line movea little faster. The food was fantastic. The staff were friendly and they kept it real clean after customers eat. Read more
This is my second visit to a Jollibee in the USA. The first was in San Diego in 2006. All the others have been in the... Phillipines. Happy to have one so close to home. The store has a small seating area. I expect take out will be popular. Thechicken was moist and flavorful. The spaghetti seemed less sweet that in the Philippines and saltier. The gravy was fine. Very organized ordering system. No food in a heater. All prepared fresh. The entire place was immaculate. Condiments readily... available. Staff very friendly. Sinage everywhere inside looking for help starting at $14 an hour. Paying staff more makes adifference. I saw no staff member without a smile, even when they thought no one was looking. I got a chicken sandwich andfries. Hot fresh fries and chicken to die for. So Crispy, not greasy, fresh. A bit more pricey, not by much and the extra pricewith a beyond clean eatery, delicious food, and happy staff. GO!!! Read more
