Requested, had a conversation about, and paid for extra gravy (so as to have three). They did not even give me the normal amount... of gravy (two in this case; I was given one). Face it, there's worse than KFC for fried chicken, and for better you have to try somewhere other than another national chain.... Admittedly none of us are going here for healthy choices, just tasty comfort food that's fast. Is it the best food around? No,it isn't but it satisfies that certain craving we all get now and then. This would get a 5 star but the tacos shells were stale and that is gross. The staff was kind and made my order just as I asked.... I feel they were much better than my previous experiences. literally ordered a three-piece with a Mountain Dew and got three completely different pieces of chicken one extra crispy one... original and one grilled it?s cold and instead of a Mountain Dew they gave me a diet Pepsi!!!!!!???????????????????????????? I think that this KFC is alright because the employees are generally friendly. However, if you order carry out, please make sure... that you check to make sure that your meal is correct before you leave the store so that you do not get the wrongorder. Sometimes the Original Recipe Chicken is too salty, they need to make sure that it is not too salty. Also, they need tomake sure that the coleslaw does not have too much liquid in it, and that there are available napkins in thedispensers. Overall, despite these small flaws, the friendliness of the employees makes the purchase experience better. Read more
Took over 30 minutes to get my food. The chicken was dry and seems like they cooked it 3-4 hours prior. Staff running around... with no clue. Place was also dirty. It?s was my 1st time at a KFC in about 12 years and it?s going another 12 years before Imake it there again. Read more
