Rude management and staff. Dining area and restroom were dirty. Ordered on kiosk. Followed kiosk instructions for table service.... Waited. No order brought. Went to counter to find food cold sitting on counter. Manager said theres no table service despitekiosk instructions. No sign posted. Dirty inside, straw wrappers and other trash everywhere. Tables aren't clean. Ketchup station is empty. Placed an order for... "here" at a kiosk.
