Rude management and staff. Dining area and restroom were dirty. Ordered on kiosk. Followed kiosk instructions for table service.... Waited. No order brought. Went to counter to find food cold sitting on counter. Manager said theres no table service despitekiosk instructions. No sign posted. Asked manager about posting sign and received rolled eyes from her and staff. Asked her forstore number and she said she doesn't know and blew me off. Poor management at this location. I love this location!!!! The food is always cooked to perfection and the staff is always professional. Customer service is great... as well. I once had an issue where part of my order was missing. The manager, Ms. Maria, apologized and gave me the option ofpicking up the missing items same day or on a different day. Read more
Old style exterior, with new tech for ordering. The automated system has different elements than the tables which causes... confusion. Our ordering device had a bad printer which made things worse. Dirty inside, straw wrappers and other trash everywhere. Tables aren't clean. Ketchup station is empty. Placed an order for... "here" at a kiosk. Took the order number placard to my seat as instructed by the machine. Received my food 10 minutes later ina to go bag and was handed an empty cup. What is the point of having me select here or to go and have me select my drink if youare just going to ignore the instructions anyways? Read more
