Food was served cold and it was stale, I have given this place chance after chance to get it right. They are slow to get orders... together and it always taste like it's old, the bread and fries are always awful. The staff are polite and friendly. When one of my items came out incorrectly, they were really nice about replacing it. The... kiosk payment was down, but it didn't tell me that and it wouldn't auto-transfer to the counter, so I had to order twice. Alsodown: the milkshake machine (If you haven't heard what a racket and a headache those machines are for the franchise owners, lookit up) There is free WiFi. This restaurant is disgusting! There are flies everywhere. Can't even eat in peace. There are roaches and flies at the drink... station as well. The employees that clean the restrooms use that same rag to clean the front of the store which is veryunsanitary. The whole restaurant itself just need a cleansing. This is ridiculous. French fry eaters watch out!!!!! Check your fries before leaving. EVERY time I order from here, they don't give you the true... size fry order.I tried to speak with the manager several times. Hell I know them by name after mentioing this mamy times. It istime to take it to the reviews. If you order fries at this place, they fill the container half way. If you order medium, itwill be filled as a small. If you order large, it is filled like a medium. If you order small, it is a happy meal size. I am notunderstanding. I paid for it so give it to me!
