My last visit was the third time in less than 2 weeks of seeing rats close to the restaurant. One was dead in the front part of... the parking lot and two were running from the McDonald's trash cans closest to the gas station to the car line. Aside fromthis, the service is terrible. There is only one person (in my experience) who consistently says good morning and thank you. She's always extremely cordial and jubilant. The rest of the employees act as if they don't want to be at work. Most times thefood is okay. I usually get a breakfast sandwich and the egg is always hot. The fish sandwiches are dry and you MUST ask forfresh fries. The oj comes warm and tastes spoiled (never again) but the coffee is pretty good if you don't like it toostrong. I'm not going back because working in the city, I know what a rat infestation looks like and after seeing what I saw, mentally, I just can't eat there anymore. Read more

Stopped by here after spending the evening in the ER to get some quick and easy dinner for my family. Did curbside pick up and... sat there for 15+ minutes waiting so I went in and it was utter chaos. TWO shift leads doing nothing, one girl who didn't seemto know what was going on and ONE girl who was busting her britches to do her job and the other 3. Finally after 30+ minutes Igot my order AFTER I had to start complaining LOUDLY about it and they STILL buggered it up. Food was cold AND they had halfthe order screwed up. This is how full your milkshake will be at this McDonald?s BEFORE taking your first sip. I?m a bartender and I make drinks all... day long. Filling the drink all the way to the top is NOT difficult. In fact, I?d go as far as to say it is the absolute easiesttask that someone could do over the course of their day at work. I do it every day, and I have never messed this up. A threeyear old could have done a better job. Gave 2 stars because at least the milkshake machine works here. The one in BaileysCrossroads hasn?t had milkshakes in over a year. Not gonna comment on food but this is one of most unprofessional and strange McDonald's locations out there. A guy from the... staff went in and didn't come out of the Washroom for more than 45 minutes. People we're waiting in line and he kept on saying"1 Minute" "10 Minutes", etc. People left, including me, and he never came out. I even knocked on the inner door multiple times.Never dining here again. Period. And the low ratings they have is quite justified. Just stay away, and please read othercomments as well. Adios. Worst Mcdonalds ever. Trashy lobby. Trashy parking lot. Uncourteous staff. Bathrooms stink and unclean.
Ordered nuggets for my daughter and there's burnt stuff on a non classic Mcdonalds chicken nugget , I ordered deluxe crispy... sandwich and they tossed 1 pound of mayo ???? this is nasty , tbh the morning crew is alright but the night needs to be firedand replaced with all new staff they're literally selling health hazards SMH yall should be ashamed Read more
Wouldn?t recommend. Food was late and then cold, tray mat had stains from being used before, ketchup was behind the counter and... doled out grudgingly. Read more
