In my option, this is the worst location of all the Outbacks I've been to. Tonight after waiting in the car for 15 minutes at... 9.30 and no one coming out, I phoned and there was no answer. I went in to find our food just waiting there going cold. Thestaff were just sitting/standing around chatting. Two other curbside customers were waiting unattended also. A few months ago,another bad curbside experience and cold food. That time they did at least give us a free meal on our next visit. Read more
Went to Outback Steakhouse on Richmond Highway Sunday morning. It opens at 11am on Sunday. The waitress was exceptionally nice... and pleasant. She made our dining experience a joy. The steaks were excellent and cooked exactly as requested. The shrimps fromthe Barbie were tasty. We had a wonderful dining experience. We will be back. Read more

Last night, me & my spouse came here to celebrate our anniversary. (We love Outback;) We arrived around 6:45pm & was seated in a... little booth aside the bar area. We were greeted with a pleasant server, didn't get her name, but she was very nice. She tookour order and everything seemed okay. About 5 minutes later the server brings the drinks to the table and we're waiting again. Iorder two salads, wings, a burger, fries and those cheese bites. First we received salads from a server we didn't know, whichwasnt a problem. I always ask for plastic utensils because of personal preference so I sought out my server but she was busyworking the bar. I noticed a tall white guy walk past us multiple times not asking if we needed anything but he constantly seenme trying to gain someone's attention. I finally got a hold of him and he proceeded to get what I needed. (He acted as if wewere bothering him) this guy has like a Russian accent, didn't catch his name.. But I noticed who he paid attention to the most????????Long story short we sat there for an hour with no food. Just salads and nobody checked on us until I asked to see amanager. Next thing you know my food comes out ???? I was a little irritated but I'm more than understanding that things can getbusy in these places. The manager did end up coming to my table and I just wanted to express my concerns about the service. Ihad no complaints about the food because everything was bomb! Like so good! Lol Malaya listened to everything I had to say, andwas so sweet about explaining what happened. She asked us if we needed anything and so professional about the situation. I wouldlike to thank Malaya for what she did for me and my partner, not even knowing it was our anniversary. You made our night, & wewill always have that memory. Thanks! Read more
In town for a business trip, thought Id stop by at outback. Greeted by and taken care by Mr.Larry. My experience was just... awesome.
