The worst Papa John's I have ever had! I ordered a meat lovers pizza original crust and I got a thin crust sausage and... pepperoni. When I called, the manager said that's the way it comes. I travel for business and have purchased Papa John's frommany locations and have never received such a disappointing experience ever. I would not recommend ordering from this location! Read more
I ordered a large TH pizza with special instructions on it and I recivied a wrong order, I call again regarding my... order and the person who answered my call said that he was going to leave a credit under my phone nunber ,but unfortunately he didn't ,so they need to be training better and make sure customer gets ,the best support and services. Muhammed was very condescending as a manager. Called to order a pizza with a credit that was promised for a previous issue with... an order (missing portions of the order). Muhammed refused to honor the credit and refused to then give me a credit back on mycard for the portion of the order I did not receive. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Read other reviews about the "store manager" Muhammad. Pizza was delivered 45 minutes late and cold.... Called restaurant to speak to the store manager Muhammad. He advised that I received what I ordered and therefore I will not getanother pizza or a refund. He said he is in charge and that's final. First time eating from and ordering online at this location. Ordered a piZza online for in-store pickup. Arrived to a locked... door and an employee that acted like I was annoying him while standing outside trying to get in to pick up my order. Websitestates instore orders accepted through 11:40am. The open sign posted on the window was turned off, The doors were locked andthe sign on the front door says they close at 12, but lobby closes at 10 Seems a little confusing for someone who placed anonline order at a store they aren?t familiar with. That Parking lot is a safety concern for a single woman to stand I waitingin at 1030 at night by herself. The pizza and papadia were good. A little bit soggy for both. Our first time to order the cheesesteak Parmesan crust papadia,... and we love it; but the cheese was too runny or maybe juice from the beef. The pizza needed maybe additional minutes cooking.The toppings and cheese were sliding off the pizza. Over sauced maybe? We still enjoyed it.
